    摘要: Systems and techniques to realize pointing and tracking applications with CMOS imaging devices. In general, in one implementation, the technique includes: sampling multiple rows and multiple columns of an active pixel sensor array into a memory array (e.g., an on-chip memory array), and reading out the multiple rows and multiple columns sampled in the memory array to provide image data with reduced motion artifact. Various operation modes may be provided, including TDS, CDS, CQS, a tracking mode to read out multiple windows, and/or a mode employing a sample-first-read-later readout scheme. The tracking mode can take advantage of a diagonal switch array. The diagonal switch array, the active pixel sensor array and the memory array can be integrated onto a single imager chip with a controller. This imager device can be part of a larger imaging system for both space-based applications and terrestrial applications.

    摘要: A circuit for reading out a signal from an infrared detector includes a current-mode background-signal subtracting circuit having a current memory which can be enabled to sample and store a dark level signal from the infrared detector during a calibration phase. The signal stored by the current memory is subtracted from a signal received from the infrared detector during an imaging phase. The circuit also includes a buffered direct injection input circuit and a differential voltage readout section. By performing most of the background signal estimation and subtraction in a current mode, a low gain can be provided by the buffered direct injection input circuit to keep the gain of the background signal relatively small, while a higher gain is provided by the differential voltage readout circuit. An array of such readout circuits can be used in an imager having an array of infrared detectors. The readout circuits can provide a high effective handling capacity.

    摘要: A conductive film includes a substrate, a first conductive layer, a matrix layer, and a second conductive layer. The substrate includes a first surface and an oppositely arranged second surface. The first conductive layer is embedded in the substrate. The matrix layer is set on the first surface of the substrate. The matrix layer is formed by solidified jelly coating. The second conductive layer embedded in the matrix layer. The second conductive layer is insulated from the first conductive layer. Due to the capacitor formed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, it just needs to attach the conductive film to a glass panel when the conductive film is adopted to manufacture a touch screen, without bonding two pieces of conductive films. In addition, the matrix layer, formed by solidifying the jelly painted on the substrate, is with a much smaller thickness than the substrate. Therefore, the touch screen using the conductive film has a smaller thickness. In addition, a method of manufacturing the conductive film and a touch screen including the conductive film are also provided by the present disclosure.

    摘要: A system for implementing the virtual channel service generates an content key associated with each of the video on-demand (VOD) program contents for the each VOD program content multicast on a virtual channel, encrypts the VOD program contents by using the content key and multicasts the encrypted VOD program content on the virtual channel; generates a channel key for the virtual channel that multicasts the VOD program content, encrypts the content key and generates encryption information by using the channel key, and authorizes a user terminal that orders the virtual channel to the channel key, and multicasts the encryption information on the virtual channel. The user terminal that joins the virtual channel decrypts and obtains the content key by using the authorized channel key and then uses the content key to decrypt the encrypted content of the VOD program. Hence, it is necessary to encrypt the VOD program content once and store one corresponding encrypted program, thus saving storage resources of the system.
