Abstract: A key case includes a housing within which there is a plurality of rotationally mounted key holders. Each key holder is connected to an individual key. A plurality of buttons is mounted on the housing. Pressing on a selected button enables a desired key to swing out of the housing and move into an outwardly projecting position wherein it can be used to unlock a lock. In an alternative embodiment of the invention a selector assembly which is slideably mounted on the housing supports an operating button which facilitates pressing the desired button to select a key.

Abstract: A collapsible tricycle having linkage to all three wheels enabling a smaller turning radius when all three wheels are tilted during a turn. The tricycle folds through the rear frame having a hinged rear axle with linkage to pivotal handle bars mounted to the rear frame that when pivoted from their storage position to their operative position also pivots the rear axle through said linkage from its stored position under the rear frame into its operative position. The rear axle is segmented so that when moved to its stored position under the rear frame each of the rear wheels can be pivotally collapsed against the frame.

Abstract: An adhesive rodent trap includes a base member on which an adhesive layer is deposited. A bi-stable spring member is attached to a lower surface of the base member. When a rodent ventures onto the adhesive layer, the spring snaps into a curved configuration and forces the base member into a curved state which envelopes and conceals the rodent.
