摘要： Aqueous dispersion of silane-functional polyurethane resins having a number average molecular weight of 10000 to 500000 and a silicon content of 1 to 30 mmol per 100 g of resin solids obtainable by reacting(A) adducts containing NCO groups, which adducts are obtainable by reactinga) one or more compounds having at least one ionic or ionisable and/or hydrophilic nonionic group, and more than one isocyanate-reactive group withb) one or more organic diisocyanates,(B) with polyesters having an OH value of 150 to 300 mg of KOH/g and more than three OH groups per molecule, which are obtainable by reactingc) polyalcohols withd) polycarboxylic acids ande) monofatty acids(C) optionally with linear polyesters having an OH value of 40 to less than 150 mg of KOH/g, which contain no monofatty acids, and(D) with organic polyisocyanates, wherein at least a proportion of the polyisocyanates has at least one functional group R.sup.1 OSi.tbd. in whichR.sup.1 means C.sub.1 to C.sub.8 alkyl or --C(O)R.sup.2 and R.sup.2 means C.sub.1 to C.sub.10 alkyl,and converting the reaction product into an aqueous dispersion.

摘要： An aqueous coating composition, comprisingA) at least one water-dilutable hydroxy-functional binder andB) at least one polyisocyanate crosslinking agent with free isocyanate groups,wherein component A) comprises A1) 40-95 wt. % of at least one water-dilutable hydroxy-functional (meth)acrylic copolymer with a hydroxyl value of 60-250 mg of KOH/g and an acid value of 5-50 mg of KOH/g, which is obtained by free-radical copolymerization performed in a non-aqueous phase, wherein the ratio of primary hydroxyl groups to secondary hydroxyl groups in the (meth)acrylate copolymer A1) is 1:0.1 to 1:1.2 and at least 80% of the secondary hydroxyl groups result from reaction products of a monoepoxy ester and an unsaturated acid-functional monomer, and A2) 5-60 wt. % of at least one water-dilutable polyester oligomer, wherein the total of the weight percentages of component A1) and A2) add up to 100 wt. % and wherein the free-radical polymerization for the production of component A1) is performed at least in part in the presence of component A2) and/or wherein component A2) is added during polymerization or after completion of polymerization.

摘要： The invention is directed to aqueous coating composition comprising A) at least one water-dilutable (meth)acrylate copolymer and B) at least one polyisocyanate cross-linking agent with free isocyanate groups, wherein the (meth)acrylate copolymer comprise a) 10-80% by weight of at least one reaction product of a monoepoxyester and an unsaturated acid functional monomer b) 0-40% by weight of at least one hydroxy functional unsaturated monomer which is different from component a), c) 1-8% by weight of at least one unsaturated acid functional monomer and d) 0-70% by weight of at least one other polymerisable unsaturated monomer, wherein the % by weight of components A) and B) and of components a) to d) is adding up to 100% by weight and wherein the (meth)acrylate copolymer is prepared by a skew feed polymerization process with at least two feed streams and wherein one feed stream comprises the main quantity, namely 60-100% by weight of component a), based on the total amount of component a) and the lower amount, namely 0-30% by weight of the unsaturated acid functional monomer c) based on the total amount of monomer c).
