The device and method solve the problem of relying on personnel to remove the valve hole sealing substitute, improve the labor productivity, and improve the automation of the hub production process.

摘要: A low-pressure mold for improving performance of spokes of an aluminum wheel. The mold is characterized in that cooling air holes in a bottom mold are moved for 10 mm in outwards; heat-insulation grooves are formed in positions, 5 mm from the cooling air holes, of a back cavity of the bottom mold, and are 8 mm from the surface of a cavity; and the width of each heat-insulation groove is set to 8 mm. A circumference arrangement range of the heat-insulation grooves needs to be larger than the widths of the spokes, and the number of the heat-insulation grooves is defined by the number of the spokes. Heat-preservation asbestos is arranged in each heat-insulation groove, thereby further strengthening heat-insulation and heat preservation functions. One air hole is added based on the prior art, thereby increasing the cooling area and improving the cooling intensity.

摘要: The present invention provides a side-mold water spot-cooling device for cooling a casting mold, a manufacturing method thereof and a method for cooling a casting mold by the device. The technical solution of the present invention has the following technical effects: an open-type backwater structure is employed, not only eliminating the back pressure from the backwater process without adding the supercharging equipment, but also reducing the investment costs of the equipment; reducing requirements for the sealing elements, thereby reducing costs for fittings; greatly reducing use of the joints and reducing the manufacturing, maintenance difficulty and costs of the mold; and the structure is substantially the same as that of the air-cooled mold and is easy for promotion.

摘要: The present invention provides an aluminum alloy refiner, which is characterized by being an amorphous alloy comprising 40 to 60 parts of Zr, 25 to 45 parts of Cu, 1 to 15 parts of Al, 1 to 10 parts of Pd and 1 to 10 parts of Nb in terms of mass fraction. The refiner provided by the present invention can be used to favorably refine crystal grains as well as improve the mechanical property of the aluminum alloy to a certain extent. Moreover, the intermediate alloy improves the strength and plasticity of the alloy, and a refined A356 aluminum alloy is very suitable for the manufacturing of automobile wheels.

摘要: The invention provides a split-type mold for wheel casting, the mold having an upper die, a split-type water-cooling side die and a lower die, and the split-type water-cooling side die is divided into four pieces along a circumferential direction of the wheel mold. A thermal deformation arc compensation surface is machined on ¼ arc portion of each split-type water-cooling lower side die, and a compensation surface is machined on key portions of 45-degree matching surfaces of adjacent split-type water-cooling upper side dies. The side die can effectively solve the problems such as untight matching between the matching surfaces, flashes of the matching surfaces and aluminum sticking and the like due to the thermal deformation and non-homogeneous expansion and shrinkage of the two portions of the split-type water-cooling side die.
