    Abstract: A battery cell, a battery, and an electric apparatus are provided. The battery cell includes a housing, an electrode lead-out member, an electrode assembly, and an adapter member. The housing is provided with an accommodating cavity. The electrode lead-out member is disposed at the housing. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, where the electrode assembly includes a main body portion and a tab led out of the main body portion. The adapter member is configured to connect the tab and the electrode lead-out member, and a light absorbing layer is applied to a welding position of the adapter member. The light absorbing layer is applied to the surface of the adapter member to reduce reflection, increasing the energy absorption rate of the adapter member, and lowering the welding power, and reducing the possibility of other components of the battery cell being burned, thus improving the safety of the battery cell.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a cap assembly and a secondary battery. The cap assembly includes: a cap plate including a main portion and a convex portion, the main portion including a first surface, a second surface and an electrode lead-out hole; an electrode terminal including an extension portion that extends beyond a hole wall of the electrode lead-out hole and extends in a circumferential direction of the electrode lead-out hole to form a ring structure, and the extension portion is arranged on a side of the first surface away from the second surface; and a sealing ring at least partially disposed between the extension portion and the main portion. The convex portion is disposed on the second surface and around the electrode lead-out hole, and a top surface of the convex portion extends out of the second surface.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide a battery cell, a battery, an electric apparatus, and a manufacturing method and system of battery cell. In those embodiments, the battery cell includes a housing, an electrode assembly, and an end cover assembly. The housing provides an opening. The electrode assembly is disposed in the housing. The electrode assembly includes a body portion and a tab. The tab extends from an end of the body portion to the opening. The electrode assembly includes a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, and a separator. The first electrode plate and the second electrode plate each have a coated area and an uncoated area. A part of the electrode assembly corresponding to the coated areas of the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate is the body portion. The uncoated area of the first electrode plate or the second electrode plate forms the tab.

    Abstract: A battery cell, a manufacturing method, a manufacturing system, a battery and an electrical device are provided. In some embodiments, the battery cell of includes an electrode component; a casing for accommodating the electrode component and having an opening; an end cap for sealing the opening of the casing; a current collector member for electrically connecting the electrode component and the end cap, the current collector member including a base portion and an elastic portion connected to the base portion. The elastic portion abuts against the electrode component, so the elastic portion is not required to be welded to the electrode component, thus reducing metal particles to lower the risk of short circuit. The elastic portion is able to deform when squeezed by the electrode component and release the pressure therebetween by deformation, reducing the risk of crushing the electrode component due to excessive pressure.
