    摘要: A check valve includes a housing that includes an inlet port, an outlet port, and a valve chamber. The inlet port extends from a ceiling of the valve chamber to an outer surface of the housing. The outlet port extends from a floor of the valve chamber to the outer surface of the housing. The check valve further includes a valve member supported within the chamber. The valve includes a valve head. When an upstream pressure is applied to the valve, the valve head is configured to deflect away from the ceiling of the valve chamber and unseal the inlet port. When a downstream pressure is applied to the valve, the valve head is configured to deflect away from the floor of the valve chamber and seal the inlet port such that the valve head conforms to a shape of the ceiling of the valve chamber.

The modular IV assembly includes a drip chamber having a body and an inlet connector, a base housing coupled directly to a base portion of the drip chamber, the base housing having an inlet port in fluid connection with the drip chamber and a flow path cavity in fluid connection with the inlet port and a flow control assembly coupled directly to a first portion of the base housing. Any of a filter assembly, an anti-run dry member, a check valve and an air vent assembly may be included in the modular IV assembly. IV sets and methods of use are also provided.

The plurality of second retaining fingers are configured to engage against a shoulder of the second connector with a retention force, and release the second connector by radially expanding in response to a pullout force exerted on the second connector exceeding the retention force.

    摘要: A needleless access connector having an access port and a sustained release antimicrobial coating only on a top surface of the access port is disclosed. The top surface of the access port can be defined by a top surface of a proximal end of a housing and a top surface of a head portion of a compressible valve disposed within an internal cavity of the housing. In certain embodiments of the present disclosure, the sustained release antimicrobial coating is on: (i) the top surface the proximal end of the housing, or (ii) the top surface of the head portion of the compressible valve, or (iii) the sustained release antimicrobial coating is only on both the top surface the proximal end of the housing and the top surface of the head portion of the compressible valve.
