    摘要: A harvester is provided with a draper head that has a frame extending substantially across a working width of the draper head. Cutting elements are arranged at a front side of the draper head and connected to the frame. Conveying surfaces and conveying members transport cut crop from the cutting elements to a discharge location of the draper head. A reel extends transversely to a working direction of the draper head across the working width of the draper head. Reel support arms are pivotably supported on the frame and support the reel. A hydraulic adjusting drive is operatively connected to the reel support arms to pivot the reel support arms to carry out a height adjustment of the reel. A hydraulic circuit is operatively connected to the hydraulic adjusting drive and has a hydraulic valve that is able to lock the hydraulic circuit.

    摘要: A header for a harvester has a reel extending transverse to a working direction of the header. The reel has reel rake tubes distributed circumferentially about the reel. Reel tines are fastened to the reel rake tubes. At least some reel tines are rotatably supported in bearings at the reel rake tubes and can rotate about a rotation axis along a movement path, predetermined by a control, from a neutral position into an evasion position and back. The evasion position corresponds to a spatial position in which a free end of the reel tines has moved in a direction corresponding to a conveying direction of the conveying device in the region of the reel tines. A distance of the free end to the reel rake tube in evasion position is reduced in relation to a distance of the free end to the reel rake tube in neutral position.

A first side part with first lateral frame and a second side part with second lateral frame are adjustable for changing their position relative to the center part. The first and second lateral frames are connected by a first ball joint and a second ball joint to the attachment frame, respectively so that the weight of the first and second lateral frames is supported by the first and second ball joints on the attachment frame. The first and second ball joints form first and second pivot axes. An end of the first lateral frame facing away from the center part is pivotable about the first pivot axis. An end of the second lateral frame facing away from the center part is pivotable about the second pivot axis.

    摘要: An agricultural cutting device has knife bar sections with section knife blades. A drive with phase offset drives the knife bar sections at least temporarily in opposite directions. The section knife blades interact scissor-like with counter knives. The knife bar sections have adjacently positioned bar ends. When the knife bar sections move, a gap of varying size is formed between the bar ends. A mowing finger is arranged at the gap. A stationary knife blade with first cutting edges is arranged at the mowing finger. The first cutting edges are arranged adjacent to the mowing finger and extend at a slant relative to a forward travel direction of the cutting device so that the cutting edges have a V-shaped arrangement broadening in travel direction. The knife bar sections have an outer knife blade attached to the bar ends whose cutting edges extend parallel to the travel direction.

A drive shaft ends in a first plane inside a gear housing arranged behind the cutter bar. An eccentric shaft supported in the gear housing carries a gear wheel arranged in a second plane above or below the first plane. The drive shaft drives the gear wheel through a bevel gear. First and second eccentric discs, arranged in third and fourth planes, respectively, are connected to the eccentric shaft; first and second eccentric levers are correlated therewith. First and second pivot levers are connected to the first and second eccentric levers and connected to stationarily supported pivot shafts. In order to better protect the middle belt against grain losses over the lateral edge of the revolving belt, the middle belt has, at lateral edges on its outwardly pointing surface, a grain-blocking elevation, respectively.

    摘要: A draper platform for a combine harvester has a center section attachable to a feed channel of the combine harvester. Lateral sections are arranged laterally on opposite ends of the center section. The center section has a center frame; the lateral sections have a lateral frame and are pivotable relative to the center section about a pivot axis that is oriented in travel direction of the draper platform. A cutter bar is provided and pivotable arms having a first end connected to the cutter bar and a second end connected to the center frame or the lateral frames connect the cutter bar pivotably to the center section and the lateral sections. Drive devices are operatively connected to the cutter bar and conveying devices that convey cut stalk material. The pivotable arms are arranged such that less than one of them is present per meter of working width of the draper platform.
