    摘要: A system and method to facilitate automatic categorization of events in a network, wherein one or more keywords are retrieved from a keyword database, each retrieved keyword matching a corresponding event unit of an event input by a user over a network. A dominant keyword corresponding to a highest parameter value calculated for each retrieved keyword is then selected. Finally, the event is categorized based on one or more categories associated with the dominant keyword. The dominant keyword may be selected based on one or more keyword categories associated with each retrieved keyword and an ambiguity parameter value calculated for each keyword. Alternatively, the dominant keyword may be selected based on a highest-ranked output value calculated for each retrieved keyword. One or more categories associated with the dominant keyword are subsequently retrieved from the keyword database and the event is categorized based on the category associated with the dominant keyword.

    摘要: A fitting incorporating a crimp sealing device and a method of forming a seal between a length of corrugated tubing and the fitting are provided. A sealing crimp is formed over at least one corrugation of the tubing, where the sealing crimp can utilize a preformed bend or bulge to form a crimp and seal. Alternatively, the sealing crimp can apply pressure radially against an outer sleeve of the fitting, such that at least one corrugation of the tubing is compressed axially or radially to form a primary seal. The outer sleeve also can include one or more gaskets arranged between the outer sleeve and the tubing for forming a secondary seal. An inner sleeve can be received radially inside the outer sleeve, and one or more gaskets can be arranged between the inner sleeve and the tubing. Further, a jacket crimp can be applied against an end of the sleeve member to contact a jacket that at least partially covers the tubing.

    摘要: An unmanned system for investigating underwater regions utilizes an unmanned mothership and a plurality of unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs). The mothership transports the UUVs to and from the vicinity of an underwater region, releases the UUVs into the water, and facilitates recovery of the UUVs from the water. Each UUV can traverse an underwater region, generate sonar and image data associated with the underwater region, and transmit the sonar and image data through the water for receipt and re-transmission by the mothership. A docking system mounted partially onboard the mothership and partially onboard each UUV couples each UUV to the mothership and selectively releases each UUV into the underwater region. A guidance system mounted partially onboard the mothership and partially onboard each UUV guides each UUV back to the docking system from positions in the water. The mothership and UUVs can also be equipped with a non-contact electrical energy transfer system so that each UUV can return to the mothership and re-charge onboard batteries while underwater.
