In the PCI-Express for high-rate data processing, delimiter and pad processing, and 4× framer shifting and arrangement/reverse arrangement for framing/deframing a frame format are performed to achieve a structure that facilitates reconfiguration and expansion, for example, a pipeline structure, so that the 4× framer/deframer module can operate without delay within a 250 MHz clock even when expansion to 32× is made.

The filter layer module may be configured to identify difference data in the second data received from the file system module by comparing the received second data and third data stored in the PRAM, and to write the identified difference data to the PRAM. The second data may include file metadata and the first data may include data other than file metadata. The sub-block units may be byte units.

The conditional access internal message extracting apparatus includes: a sub-channel data extracting unit for extract sub-channel data associated with conditional access from a mobile multimedia broadcasting signal; a sub-channel prefix header analyzing unit configured to extract sub-channel prefix length information from a sub-channel prefix length field of the sub-channel data, and extract start position information of a conditional access internal message from the sub-channel; and a sub-channel prefix data processor configured to extract the conditional access internal message from the sub-channel data by using the sub-channel prefix length information and the start position information of the conditional access internal message.
