摘要： A method and apparatus for generating a monitoring view of an executable business process. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a business process model from an executable business process template; generating a business process monitoring model from the business process model; obtaining status data of a business process instance from a business process engine; generating a business process monitoring model instance by combining the status data with the business process monitoring model; and presenting the business process monitoring model instance as a monitoring view for a user to monitor a running business process instance. The apparatus includes hardware for accomplishing the foregoing method steps.

摘要： A method, apparatus, computer program product for displaying the operation path of a process. According to the invention, at least two virtual instance views are generated, and the at least two virtual instance views and the relationships therebetween together exhibit the complete operation path containing possible dynamic operations, wherein a virtual instance view corresponds to a virtual instance and a virtual instance is a part of the entire operation path of the process. In each virtual instance view generated, the operation path of the corresponding virtual instance is presented, i.e. its starting node, terminating node and operation paths therebetween. The generated virtual instance views can be displayed in a temporal order and the operation paths between these virtual instances are visually displayed between the adjacent virtual instance views.

The method includes receiving a query language including relationship information of a plurality of contacts with unknown contact information. The method further includes acquiring a query request, wherein acquiring the query request includes parsing the query language according to a query language syntax. The method further includes querying contact information of the plurality of contacts with unknown contact information in at least one directory to obtain the contact information of the plurality of contacts with unknown contact information requested in the query request. The method further includes returning the contact information of the plurality of contacts with unknown contact information requested in the query request.

摘要： A computer-implemented method, an apparatus, and an article of manufacture for making a business process management (BPM) application available to multiple tenants in a multi-tenancy software model. The method includes: obtaining a service level agreement (SLA) as required by a tenant in a multi-tenancy software model, in response to a registration request for the BPM software application from the tenant; selecting a multi-tenancy model based on the obtained SLA; calling a predetermined conversion process corresponding to the selected multi-tenancy software model and disposing BPM software components in the BPM software application, such that the BPM application is made available to the tenant as a multi-tenancy BPM software application; and saving in metadata of the tenant, a result of disposing the BPM software components by the conversion process.
