摘要： Methods and devices which a surgeon may use to stabilize the beating heart during a surgical procedure on the heart. A stabilizing device may be introduced through an opening in the chest and brought into contact with the beating heart. By contacting the heart with the device and by exerting a stabilizing force on the device, the motion of the heart caused by the contraction of the heart muscles in a vicinity of a site of surgery to be performed, is effectively eliminated. A surgeon may contact the heart with the stabilizing means, assess the degree of movement of the anastomosis site, and exert a force on the stabilizing means such that the contraction of the beating heart causes only minimal excess motion at the surgery site. The stabilizing means may be attached to a rigid support or may be attached to a semi-rigid support which is rendered motionless mechanically, chemically, or by human intervention.

The implantable medical device also includes a first medical lead no greater than about 6 inches in length, and a second medical lead no greater than about 6 inches in length. The housing includes a first connector block that electrically connects the first medical lead to at least one of the one or more electrical stimulation generators, and a second connector block that electrically connects the second medical lead to at least one of the one or more electrical stimulation generators. The implantable medical device may be part of an electrical stimulation system implanted beneath the skin and inferior to the inion of a patient to deliver stimulation therapy to at least one of an occipital nerve and a branch of the occipital nerve.

At least one support assembly may have a support condition characterized by the support assembly providing support to the housing of the sweep assembly and a non-support condition characterized by the support assembly not providing support to the housing. The support assembly may change from the support condition to the non-support condition by movement of the sweep assembly along the sweep path. In some embodiments, the support assembly may comprise a sweep-mounted component moving with the sweep assembly along the sweep path and a floor-mounted component being stationary with respect to movement of the sweep assembly along the sweep path.

摘要： A flexible data storage card and shutter lock is disclosed. The flexible data storage card includes a housing, a media disc, a shutter, and a shutter lock. The housing includes a card top coupled to a base to define an enclosed region, and an access window defined by the base and communicating with the enclosed region. The media disc is rotatably disposed within the enclosed region. The shutter is slidably disposed within the enclosed region and defines a shutter window selectively alignable with the access window. The shutter lock is disposed within the enclosed region and is selectively couplable with the shutter.
