摘要： Microinjectors are provided. A microinjector includes a substrate, a channel, a nozzle formed at an end of the channel, and a deformable mechanism disposed on the substrate. A droplet is generated by ejecting fluid through the nozzle. The deformable mechanism comprises a piezoelectric layer and a flexible member. The flexible member connects the piezoelectric layer and the substrate, defining a part of the channel. When an electrical field is applied to the piezoelectric layer, the flexible member and the piezoelectric layer are deformed, altering profile of the channel.

摘要： A surface acoustic wave driven fluid injection device. A substrate is provided. A channel is disposed in the substrate along a first direction containing a fluid which has an exposed surface. A first slanted fingers inter-digital transducer is disposed on one side of the channel of the substrate, wherein the first slanted fingers inter-digital transducer comprises a plurality of slanted inter-digital electrodes, and wherein the width and interval of the slanted inter-digital electrodes at one end are greater than the width and interval of the slanted inter-digital electrodes at the other end, thereby providing continuous surface acoustic wave with multiple frequencies.

A reservoir comprises a gas inlet hole, a gas outlet hole, and a liquid outlet hole, wherein the gas inlet hole connects the compressor via a gas pipeline. A nozzle is connected to the liquid outlet hole by a liquid pipeline. A wiping device comprises at least one wiping blade and a rail for the at least one wiping blade to slide on to maintain the nozzles of the fluid injector.

The jet unit comprises a nozzle plate disposed on the substrate, a chamber formed between the substrate and the nozzle plate, a channel connecting the chamber and the manifold, a nozzle formed on the nozzle plate, a heater disposed on an outer surface of the nozzle plate and adjacent to the nozzle, and a temperature sensor disposed on the outer surface of the nozzle plate. The heater heats the chamber to eject liquid through the nozzle. The sensor is located substantially at the center of the channel for temperature detection.

A nozzle adjacent to the at least one fluid actuator passes through the structural layer and connects the fluid chamber.

A nozzle is adjacent to the at least one fluid actuator and connecting each fluid chamber through the structural layer. The piezoelectric sensor id disposed on the structural layer to analyze fluid content in each fluid chamber.
