摘要: A dispensing machine for dispensing fluid products comprising a dispensing zone (15) in which elongated support means (12) are disposed, configured to support a plurality of removable containing units (11) of the fluid products in a stationary manner along a longitudinal axis (X) is disclosed. The dispensing zone (15) further includes translation means (20) configured to allow moving a receptacle (18) positioned on a metering unit and disposed on the translation means (20) substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction (X) to delivery positions substantially vertically below said containing units (11) and measurement means (16) configured to meter a quantity of fluid product that is delivered from a containing unit (11) to the receptacle (18) in a delivery position corresponding to the respective containing unit. Also disclosed is the use of such dispensing machine for preparing customized formulations of fluid products as well as a method for preparing user-defined target formulation from a plurality of dispensable fluid products.

摘要: Computer-implemented method to control a dispensing machine configured to deliver fluid products inside a receptacle (118) and comprising a plurality of containing units (111), each containing a respective fluid product, one or more storage zones (128) of the containing units (111) and a dispensing zone (115) wherein it is provided to temporarily and selectively locate at least one sub-assembly of containing units (111) containing the fluid products to be delivered in a dispensing cycle, making use of a computing device (161) comprising at least one processor (164), data storage means (162) with a formulation database, an input device (163), and a display device (159), wherein the control method comprises determining the disposition of the plurality of containing units (111) in the dispensing zone (115) and in the storage zone(s) (128), receiving, via the input device, a target formulation, selected by the user, and identifying, via the processor, from the formulation database an associated plurality of fluid products contained in respective containing units (111) of the sub-assembly, each to be delivered according to a predetermined quantity to obtain said target formulation. The computer-implemented control method also comprises displaying a graphic representation of the layout of the dispensing machine with the dispensing zone (15) and the storage zone(s) (28), which respectively reflects the disposition of the sub-assembly of containing units (111) disposed in the dispensing zone (115) and in the storage zone(s) (128), and graphically highlighting, in the graphic representation, at least the sub-assembly of containing units (11) from which the selected target formulation is to be produced by means of signaling means so as to facilitate their identification by the user and thus provide guidance to the user for displacing of one or more than one containing unit(s) (111) from the storage zone(s) (128) to the dispensing zone (115), or vice versa, if required for the production of the target formulation.

摘要: An assembly for dispensing fluid products, comprising a housing (44) having a dispense opening (40) and a mount (42) for a container (12) that contains the fluid product, pumping means (45), a diverting element (53) rotatable around a rotation axis (R) provided with a first channel (A) and a second channel (B), which are in fluid communication with one another and each have an open end (66) arranged radially with respect to the rotation axis (R) on a peripheral surface (65) of the rotatable diverting element (53). The assembly further comprises a suction conduit (49) connected to an inlet of the pumping means (45) for withdrawing fluid product from said container (12) installed on the mount (42), a delivery conduit (50) fluidly connecting an outlet of the pumping means (45) and said rotatable diverting element (53), and a recirculation conduit (52) arranged downstream of the diverting element (53) for returning fluid product to the container (12). The rotatable diverting element (53) has at least one recirculation position (O) in which the open end (66) of one of the channels faces the open and of the delivery conduit (50) to be in fluid communication with the latter and the open end (66) of the other channel faces the recirculation conduit (52) to be in fluid communication with the latter so as to recirculate the fluid product to the container (12); and at least a delivery position (I), in which the open end (66) of one of the channels faces an open end of the delivery conduit (50), to be in fluid communication with the latter, and the open end (66) of the other channel faces the dispense opening (40) for dispensing the fluid product.

The container comprises a tank with a particular configuration defined by two cylinders each having a respective longitudinal axis, wherein the distance between two of the longitudinal axes is less than the diameter of a cylinder, and in which two stirrer units are comprised, coaxial to the cylinders of the tank. The stirrer units have elements that have a radial dimension a little less than the radius of the cylinders and are disposed along the substantial entirety of the longitudinal extension of shafts rotating axially, said shafts not having around them a zone not spatially affected by a stirrer element attached to said corresponding shaft.
