    摘要: A hot water heating system for use in a boat or vehicle which utilises the engine of the vehicle or boat, an AC power source or a fuel powered heater to heat a living area and to heat potable water. Each of the power sources can be utilised independently or in combination depending an the location and operation of the vehicle or boat. A valve is automatically controlled by a thermostat to allow heated fluid to circulate through the living area or to bypass the area. Aquastats are provided to automatically allow potable water to be heated. A display is provided for displaying textual and numerical information in user friendly format relating to the operation of the hot water heating system.

    摘要: A water heating system uses a heated fluid storage tank to deliver a continuous supply of water heated to a desired temperature, such as between 100°-130° F. The system also includes a furnace with altitude-sensitive control circuitry to provide multiple sources of heat for the heating system in the most effective way given the altitude at which the system is located. The system also includes a micro-controller that adjusts certain system components in response to changes in atmospheric pressure conditions that are measured by an atmospheric-pressure sensor component. There is also an automatic-air-bleeder subsystem with an optical or ultrasonic sensor mounted adjacent a suitable air accumulator. Also included is an air-release solenoid and a fuel return line.

    摘要: A heat management system is capable of managing unlimited hydronic heat sources and unlimited heating zones, each located within a desired area and each controlled by temperature sensors. The system uses plural system heating sources to heat a heating solution (preferable glycol-based) that is either heated directly or through a liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger. The heating solution is passed through various plumbing configurations to heat domestic water for users and to heat zones or areas in which user will live. The heat management system of the invention may be used for several applications including RV, marine and home hot water and heating applications.

    摘要: A flame sensor for sensing the presence of a flame in a burner. The signal from the sensor is passed to an amplifier located adjacent to the sensor and amplified without having a sensor signal contaminated with common mode radiation. The selectively amplified signal between 15 and 80 Hz is processed by a microcontroller located remotely from the sensor and amplifier which microcontroller may terminate or continue burner operation. The integrity of the connection circuitry between the amplifier and the microcontroller is also monitored and burner shutdown occurs if there is a fault in such circuitry.

    摘要: Method and apparatus for heating water to one of a plurality of predetermined temperatures and for generating steam. A burner with a water jacket receives water from a pump which obtains water from a water source flowing through one of plurality of different flow circuits. The burner provides heat for heating the water to one of the predetermined temperatures as selected by an operator. The water flow through the burner is regulated by a temperature sensor which senses the temperature of the water within the water jacket. The water flow changes if the temperature sensor senses a temperature which is higher or lower than the predetermined value. Steam may further be generated though a further steam flow circuit to maintain water temperatures with the containers or to heat the water within the containers to desired temperatures.
