摘要： An electromagnetic coil through which current is passed to generate a magnetic flux, a fixed core, a movable core, a magnetic spring disposed between the cores and, and a yoke are provided. The magnetic spring includes a magnetic substance, and biases the movable core in a direction in which the movable core is separated from the fixed core in a Z direction. Additionally, the magnetic spring includes a leaf spring member including the magnetic substance and spirally wound, and a central portion of the magnetic spring is located biased toward one side in the Z direction compared to a peripheral portion of the magnetic spring. When the movable core is attracted to the access position, the magnetic spring is prevented from being deformed to a minimum spring length corresponding to a width of the leaf spring member.

摘要： An electromagnetic relay includes: an exciting coil; a movable core driven by the exciting coil; a movable contactor having a first movable contact and a second movable contact to operate with the movable core; a first fixed terminal having a first fixed contact with which the first movable contact abuts when the movable contactor is moved by energizing the exciting coil; and a second fixed terminal having a second fixed contact with which the second movable contact abuts when the movable contactor is moved by energizing the exciting coil. An inclination angle of a central axis of the first movable contact with respect to a central axis of the first fixed contact and an inclination angle of a central axis of the second movable contact with respect to a central axis of the second fixed contact are inclined in opposite directions from each other.

摘要： A stationary core is in an exciting coil. A yoke covers an outer periphery and an axial end of the exciting coil to form a magnetic circuit and has an opening portion. The movable core faces the stationary core through the opening portion and is attracted toward the stationary core on energization of the exciting coil. A return spring urges the movable core against the attraction direction. A first gap is formed between the stationary core and the movable core on deenergization of the exciting coil. A second gap is formed between the yoke and the movable core on deenergization of the exciting coil. The second gap allows the yoke and the movable core to generate an attractive force therebetween on energization of the exciting coil. The return spring is made of a magnetic material to magnetically bridge the first gap or the second gap.

摘要： A contact point device includes a first contactor, an oscillation supporting portion, and a second contactor. The first contactor has an outer side surface shaped in a column that surrounds a central axis. The oscillation supporting portion supports the first contactor to allow the central axis to oscillate. 摘要： In an electromagnetic relay device, a stationary core is coaxially arranged in an exciting coil, and constitutes a magnetic circuit. A yoke is arranged to surround an outer periphery of the exciting coil and the second end of the exciting coil to constitute the magnetic circuit. The yoke has an opening that is located to be closer to the first end of the exciting coil than to the second end of the exciting coil, and that faces the stationary core. A movable core is located to face the stationary core via the opening. The movable core is pulled to the stationary core upon the exciting coil being energized. A return spring is made of a magnetic member that is volutely wound in an axial direction of the stationary core. The return spring urges the movable core to be separated from the stationary core.
