摘要： When a shot is taken by a portable terminal, the position and orientation at the time of shooting is transmitted to an information processing apparatus. The information processing apparatus, which stores information including the position of equipment, detects the equipment included in the shot image by the portable terminal, based on the position and orientation of the portable terminal and the position of the equipment, and transmits information about the equipment to the portable terminal. The portable terminal obtains an operation history on an image processing apparatus in the equipment based on the received information, and displays an operation screen presenting the operation history in a selectable manner on a display unit. Then, when a selection of operation history is accepted, a control signal for allowing the image processing apparatus to execute image processing indicated by the operation history is transmitted to the image processing apparatus.

摘要： A data processing apparatus includes an input portion, an output portion, a plurality of compressing/expanding devices which compress data-to-be-outputted inputted from the input portion and expand compressed data-to-be-outputted, a file memory which stores the data-to-be-outputted compressed by some or all of the plurality of compressing/expanding devices, a data discrimination portion which discriminates whether the data-to-be-outputted inputted from the input portion is data including a small amount of information or a large amount of information, and a transfer controller. In cases where it is discriminated by the data discrimination portion that the data-to-be-outputted is data including a small amount of information, the transfer controller transfers the data-to-be-outputted to the output portion through the plurality of compressing/expanding devices operating in parallel. In cases where it is discriminated by the data discrimination portion that the data-to-be-outputted is data including a large amount of information, the transfer controller transfers the data-to-be-outputted to some or all of the plurality of compressing/expanding devices while transferring the data-to-be-outputted to the output portion.

摘要： In addition to a data processing memory that processes data for an input print job, the present invention includes a mounting unit that enables mounting of an expansion memory used for data storage, as well as a detection unit that detects whether or not an expansion memory is mounted to the mounting unit. Where the job is one in which the data therefor is to be output multiple times, the controller selects the storage destination memory for the data used for output of the second copy onward in accordance with whether or not an expansion memory is mounted, and stores the data in the selected storage destination memory. The output unit reads out the data from the selected storage destination memory and performs output of the second copy onward.

摘要： In order to form an image without losing a moving image included in a structured document, an MFP, when forming an image, receives print data and a moving image from a PC, stores the moving image in association with second moving image identification information, embeds, in a still image included in the print data, the second moving image identification information for the stored moving image and positional information included in the print data, and forms the still image on a sheet of paper. When reading an image, the MFP 100 reads a still image formed on a sheet of paper (S71), extracts second moving image identification information and positional information from the read still image (S73, S75), acquires a moving image identified by the extracted second moving image identification information (S74), and generates a structured document in which the moving image is associated with the still image in such a manner that the moving image is displayed at a position specified by the positional information in the still image (S89).
