摘要： A mobile structure, such as a recreational vehicle, that includes a wall having first and second opposed surfaces and an edge surface. The edge surface defines an opening through the wall. A slide-out room or other enclosure is moveably located in the opening. A trim member having an integral seal is attached at the opening and the seal is engageable with a flange on the enclosure. A second trim member has an integrally attached flexible member projecting outwardly therefrom. The flexible member engages the enclosure and wipes moisture and debris from the enclosure as it is moved into a retracted position with the mobile structure. The two trim members have an overlapping portion with the opening and can be simultaneously secured to the wall by driving a mechanical fastener through the overlapped portions of the trim members. A method of manufacturing such mobile structures is also provided.

摘要： A storage device for holding a drain plug for a boat is disclosed. The storage device provides a place to store the drain plug when it is removed from a drain hole for the boat. The storage device includes a reminder system using an emergency stop lanyard (ESL) present on nearly all powerboats. The storage device holds both the ESL and the drain plug. The storage device is designed so that the ESL cannot be removed without first removing the drain plug. Thus, an operator cannot start a boat's engine without first removing the drain plug from the storage device to gain access to the ESL, allowing the ESL to be refitted onto an operating system for the boat's engine. The act of handling the drain plug reminds the operator to re-install the drain plug into the drain hole.

The gripping surface will provide more grip for the twist tie device when it is wrapped around itself and the gripping surface will provide more grip when it is wrapped around objects. A non-gripping surface being generally smoother than the gripping surface is suitable for containing indicia.
