Provided are methods of depositing films comprising alloys of aluminum, which may be suitable as N-metal films. Certain methods comprise exposing a substrate surface to a metal halide precursor comprising a metal halide selected from TiCl4, TaCl5 and HfCl4 to provide a metal halide at the substrate surface; purging metal halide; exposing the substrate surface to an alkyl aluminum precursor comprising one or more of dimethyaluminum hydride, diethylhydridoaluminum, methyldihydroaluminum, and an alkyl aluminum hydrides of the formula [(CxHy)3-aAlHa]n, wherein x has a value of 1 to 3, y has a value of 2x+2, a has a value of 1 to 2, and n has a value of 1 to 4; and exposing the substrate surface to an alane-containing precursor comprising one or more of dimethylethylamine alane, methylpyrrolidinealane, di(methylpyrolidine)alane, and trimethyl amine alane borane. Other methods comprise exposing a substrate surface to a metal precursor and trimethyl amine alane borane.

A linear surgical stapler includes an upper staple cartridge receiving half-section, a lower staple cartridge receiving half-section and a staple cartridge assembly. The staple cartridge assembly includes a cutting groove in which a reciprocating movement cutter is mounted. The cutter includes a bottom surface and a knife blade located at a far end of the cutter. The staple cartridge assembly includes a restricting member mounted therein and an elastic stopper. The elastic stopper abuts against the restricting member when the staple cartridge assembly is in an initial state. The restricting member breaks away from the staple cartridge assembly when the staple cartridge assembly is in a firing complete state, thereby preventing the cutter from sliding towards the far end of the staple cartridge. As a result, misfiring throughout the whole operation of the linear surgical stapler is prevented.

The processor executes the computer readable instructions to calculate uncalibrated volumes for the first plurality of drops using respective images of drops in the first plurality of drops. The source element expels a second plurality of drops of the first substance through the medium, and under the first conditions. The processor executes the computer readable instructions to: calculate, using a weight for the second plurality of drops and the known density, actual volumes for the second plurality of drops; and generate, using uncalibrated volumes and the actual volumes, an equation to modify the uncalibrated volumes to match the actual volumes.

The transistor heaters are typically fabricated either on a thin flexible substrate or on an amorphous silicon drum and embedded below the working surface. Matrix drive methods may be used to address each individual micro-heater and deliver heat to selected surface areas. Depending on different marking applications, the digital heating element may be used to selectively tune the wettability of thermo-sensitive coating, selectively change ink rheology, selectively remove liquid from the surface, selectively fuse/fix toner/ink on the paper.
