    摘要: A golf training system includes a stationary front foot support, a pivotable rear foot support and a raised ball support. The pivotable rear foot support includes a rectangular mounting bracket transversely disposed across an enlarged base and a flat balance plate that directly teeters on the mounting bracket. In use, the golf training system can be used to promote proper weight distribution throughout a golf swing using sensory and auditory feedback. Specifically, the golfer disposes the rear foot on top of the balance plate and the front foot across the stationary front foot support with body weight maintained on the inner portion of the rear leg throughout the backswing. The golfer initiates the downswing by firing the hips open and driving the lower body forward until the balance plate pivots and strikes the base, thereby providing the user with immediate audible and tactile response of proper execution.

    摘要: A training device includes a plate assembly pivotally connected to a support member. The plate assembly includes an angled top plate that is removably mounted onto a flat balance plate. The support member includes a rectangular mounting bracket that is transversely disposed across an enlarged base, the balance plate directly teetering on the mounting bracket. In use, the training device can be used to train a hitter to maximize lower body power using sensory and auditory feedback. Specifically, the hitter centers his rear foot on the angled top plate which promotes weight loading on the inner portion of the rear leg. The hitter then initiates the hitting process by driving the lower body forward until the balance plate pivots forward and strikes the base, thereby providing the user with audible and tactile response. This lower body drive creates significant momentum that powers rotation of the bat through the hitting zone.

    摘要: An "n" dimensional mesh-connected massively parallel processing system uses pointers to connect requesting processors to allocated processors, and also, to access the allocated processors. The requesting and allocated processors are connected by (i) storing in the requesting processor or in a system controller a pointer which points to the allocated processors as a group and (ii) storing in each of the allocated processors, in a designated memory location, an assigned-marker, or an identifier which identifies the processor as a member of the identified group. When one or more requesting processors require connection to free processors, a request is sent to each processor in the system asking each of them to determine if it is free. Each of the processors which is free then assigns itself indices relating to its position in the mesh and its position relative to other free processors. Each free processor sends its indices to a rendezvous processor associated with the requesting processors, and the rendezvous processor allocates the free processors to a requesting processor based on the connection requirements of that requesting processor and the indices. If several requesting processors request connection to blocks of free processors, the rendezvous processor allocates non-overlapping blocks by assigning to the requesting processors only those free processors with indices which are modulo the associated connection requirement.
