Abstract:
An ejection device is provided for a moveable part of a piece of furniture. The ejection device includes a lever for transmitting force to the moveable part of the piece of furniture. The lever has a lever member which is mounted so as to be rotatable by a limited degree about an axis of rotation while having a free lever end. The lever member is provided with a curved section that is spaced apart from the axis of rotation and the free lever end.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an assembly comprising at least two electric drive units (4) for respectively driving one of at least two drawers (2) which are movably mounted within a common furniture carcass (3). A measuring instrument (10) is assigned to each drive unit (4) in order to detect a force (F) that a user applies to the respective drawer (2). The inventive assembly further comprises at least one control or regulation device (9) for controlling or regulating the drive units (4). The measuring signals of the measuring instrument (10) can be fed to the control or regulation device (9) while the control or regulation device (9) can trigger the associated drive unit (4) after receiving a predetermined measuring signal from one of the measuring instruments (10). The control or regulation device (9) features a mode of operation in which the same prevents the drive units (4) allocated to the other measuring instruments (10) from being triggered after receiving the predetermined measuring signal from one of the measuring instruments (10).
Abstract:
A fitting to be detachably fastened to a furniture part includes a fitting body to abut the furniture part, at least one dowel-like expansion sleeve which is anchored to the fitting body and which can be inserted into a drilled hole of the furniture part, and a pin shaped expansion member for expanding the expansion sleeve. The expansion sleeve projects through an opening in the fitting body, and the expansion sleeve also projects through the opening in the fitting body. The expansion sleeve is provided with at least one flap that projects in a radial direction from the expansion sleeve. The expansion member is provided with a head, which, when the fitting is mounted, presses the flap onto the side of the fitting body which faces away from the furniture part.
Abstract:
A connecting fitting or brace for fixing a rail of a drawer to a rear wall of the drawer includes a plate-like supporting component constructed on or to be fixed to the rear wall. A rear end of the rail is connected to a fixing component. The supporting component has an open slot in which the fixing component can be hung. The fixing component has a sprung hook which snaps in behind an edge of the supporting component.
Abstract:
A drawer assembly includes two metallic drawer side walls having rear ends provided with devices for fastening to a drawer rear wall and further being provided with respective support flanges for a bottom plate. The drawer side walls have at front ends thereof flanges that project inwardly and that have rearwardly projecting lugs stamped out of such flanges. The lugs project into holes in a fastening plate positioned at and abutting rear sides of the flanges and to be connected to a front plate that abuts front sides of the flanges.
Abstract:
A drawer comprising two double-walled drawer sides (1) made of metal, a drawer base (14), two pull-out rails (2), as well as two securing devices (4) for a front wall (5) which, in the mounted state, is located between the two drawer sides (1). The front wall (5) has at both ends (4) (sic) a fitting (8) provided with a stop plate (9) which is located next to the front wall (5) and which covers the front side of the drawer side (1). The front wall (5) has in cross section an upper closed profile (10) and a lower rearwardly open profile (11) with a front covering web (12). The lower open profile (11) receives the front edge of the drawer base (14). The front wall (5) has a rear web (15) which is directed perpendicularly to the drawer base (14) and terminates at the drawer base (14).
Abstract:
A furniture drive is provided for driving a movable piece of furniture. The drive includes an electric motor, an actuator that can be moved back and forth between two end positions to apply a force on the piece of furniture to be driven, and a gearbox connected between the electric motor and actuator. The gearbox has at least one gear stage configured as an eccentric gearbox and includes two gear wheels that mesh with each other. One of the two gear wheels is firmly connected or coupled to the actuator, and the other gear wheel is coupled to the electric motor such that the eccentric gearbox has two limit positions which correspond to the end positions of the actuator. Upon a rotation of the gear wheels, starting from the limit positions, the gear ratio decreases over a deformed rotational angle range.
Abstract:
An ejection device for a furniture part mounted movably in or on a furniture body includes an ejector, a drive unit, and a friction clutch. The friction clutch is designed in such a manner that it decouples the drive unit and the ejector from each other when a predetermined torque is exceeded. The friction clutch includes two parts which are rotatable in relation to each other with respect to two directions of rotation. A spring is provided which interacts with the two parts in such a manner that the torque at which the decoupling takes place differs for the two directions of rotation of the two parts.
