    摘要: An expansion valve includes a valve body, a first passage formed in the valve body, a bottomed valve chamber formed in the first passage, a second passage formed in parallel with the first passage in the valve body to allow a refrigerant to pass through, a third passage, and a guide member arranged in an opening portion of the valve body. In the guide member, a guide portion, which slidably guides an operation rod for opening and closing a valve element, and an orifice portion, which has a throttle portion for causing the valve chamber and the second passage to communicate with each other, are formed integrally. The guide member is mounted with a vibration isolating member, and is fixed by staking to the valve body. The orifice portion is formed with a positioning portion for positioning the guide member with respect to the valve body by surface contact.

    摘要: An expansion valve 1 comprises a prism-shaped body 10, and a valve chamber 20 is formed within the body 10. Refrigerant supplied from a compressor flows into the valve chamber through a passage 22, passes between a valve means 42 and a valve seat 23, and travels toward an evaporator through a passage 24. Refrigerant returning from the evaporator enters the body 10 through a passage 26, and after the refrigerant temperature information is transmitted to the operating shaft 40, the refrigerant flows out through a passage 28 toward the compressor. Passages 22 and 28 open to a first side surface of the body, and passages 24 and 26 open to a second side surface orthogonal to the first surface. Such structure improves the degree of freedom for mounting the expansion valve 1.

    摘要: The invention provides a thermal expansion valve for a car air conditioner, which prevents a hunting phenomenon. The thermal expansion valve is provided with a refrigerant passage from an evaporator toward a compressor formed in an inner portion thereof and a temperature sensing and pressure transmitting member having a heat sensing function and forming a hollow portion in an inner portion thereof, which is installed in the passage. In the thermal expansion valve, a distal end of the hollow portion of the temperature sensing and pressure transmitting member is fixed to a center opening portion of a diaphragm constituting a power element portion for driving the temperature sensing and pressure transmitting member, an upper pressure chamber within the power element portion formed by the diaphragm and the hollow portion are communicated with each other so as to form a sealed space having a working fluid charged therein, and a thermal-transfer delay means is provided between a heat ballast member received in the hollow portion and an inner wall of the hollow portion.

    摘要: An expansion valve has a solenoid relief valve equipped in an air conditioner for decompressing and expands a refrigerant and supplies the same to an evaporator. A high-pressure refrigerant from a compressor enters a valve chamber. The refrigerant traveling towards the evaporator flows through a first passage. The refrigerant returning from the evaporator toward the compressor flows through a second passage. A valve seat is disposed between the valve chamber and the first passage. A valve body has a refrigerant chamber disposed in parallel to the valve seat and communicates the valve chamber and the first passage. A valve device is capable of coming into contact with and separating from the valve seat. A power element drives the valve device. A solenoid relief valve is disposed between the refrigerant chamber and the first passage.

    摘要: The invention provides an expansion valve equipped to an air conditioning system that has a relief valve for discharging the refrigerant in the system in case of an emergency. An expansion valve 1 controls the flow rate of a refrigerant in a valve chamber 14 into which high-pressure refrigerant is introduced by adjusting the gap between a valve means 40 and a valve seat 16, and sends the refrigerant into a passage 20 leading to an evaporator. A solenoid relief valve 100 has a plunger 140 operated by a magnet coil 120, by which a pilot valve seat 152 of a relief valve body 150 is regularly closed. The high-pressure refrigerant introduced to a relief valve chamber 164 of the relief valve body 150 presses the relief valve means 160, regularly closing the valve of the relief valve seat 28. When electricity is supplied to a coil 120, the plunger 140 is attracted toward an attractor 130 and the pilot valve is opened. The relief valve is also opened so that the refrigerant is discharged through a passage 158 to the atmosphere.
