    摘要: According to the present invention, a dust core having excellent insulating properties, high strength, and high density (high magnetic flux density), a method for producing the same, and an electric motor or reactor having a core member composed of the dust core are provided. Therefore, a method for producing a dust core is provided, such method comprising the following steps: a 1st step of preparing a resin powder 2 and a magnetic powder 1 comprising soft magnetic metal powder (pure iron powder 11) particles each having an insulating film (silica film 12) preliminarily formed on the surface thereof; a 2nd step of obtaining a powder mixture by mixing the magnetic powder 1 and the resin powder 2; and a 3rd step of allowing the resin powder 2 to gel in an atmosphere at a certain temperature, press-molding the powder mixture so as to obtain a press molded body 10, and annealing the press molded body 10 so as to produce a dust core 20.

    摘要: A powder for a dust core comprising a silicon-containing layer formed within a depth of less than 0.15 D from the surface of the surface layer of a soft magnetic metal powder having a particle diameter D and a method for producing the same are provided. The method for producing a powder for a dust core 10 comprising a silicon-containing layer 2 comprises performing silicon impregnation of the surface of a soft magnetic metal powder (particle) 1 containing a carbon element, wherein: silicon impregnation is performed by bringing a powder for silicon impregnation containing at least a silicon compound into contact with the surface of a soft magnetic metal powder 1, heating the powder for silicon impregnation to dissociate a silicon element from the silicon compound, and then diffusing the thus dissociated silicon element throughout the surface layer of the soft magnetic metal powder via impregnation; and silicon impregnation is performed under a diffusion atmosphere allowing dissociation where the reaction rate at which the silicon element is dissociated is higher than the diffusion rate at which the silicon element is diffused throughout the surface layer of the soft magnetic metal powder via impregnation.

    摘要: A core comprises a plurality of core split members having yoke portions and tooth portions and arranged in such a circumferential shape that the yoke portions contact with each other while the tooth portions being directed inward. The core further comprises a ring contacting with the yoke portions, and stoppers mounted on the outer face sides of the yoke portions for fixing the ring on the yoke portions. The yoke portions and the ring are formed in corrugated shape to mesh with each other, and the stoppers are formed with projections that engage with the inner side of the ring. This structure provides both the rotating electrical machine core having the core split members arranged in the circumferential shape and fastened to each other while preventing occurrence of a stress and a positional displacement between the core split members, and a rotating electrical machine.

    摘要: A stator core is composed of two compacts of compressed powder magnetic cores joined in the axial direction. A yoke portion includes projections projecting axially outward from end surfaces in the axial direction of a tooth. The length in the axial direction of the tooth is gradually reduced radially toward the outside of the stator core, and the length in the circumferential direction of the tooth is gradually increased radially toward the outside of the stator core. A molding is formed by pressing magnetic powder placed in a die by a single punch placed on one side in the axial direction and two punches placed parallel to each other on the other side in the axial direction. The stator core for a rotary electric machine is thus produced.
