摘要： An easy-open end which is excellent from the standpoint of sanitation and environmental friendliness yet satisfying both the close adhesion and the scratch resistance despite of using a bisphenol A-free primer. The easy-open end has a polyester film applied, via a primer, onto the inner surface of the end of an aluminum base sheet forming a surface-treating layer that contains a zirconium compound and/or a titanium compound and an organic compound, wherein the primer contains a polyester resin that contains not less than 30% by weight of a carboxyl group-introduced polyester resin, and a phenol resin at a weight ratio of 50:50 to 85:15.

摘要： A preventive film for a polarizer which comprises a non-oriented three-layer film comprising a polycarbonate film having a glass transition temperature or 100° C. or higher and, laminated on both surfaces thereof, a polybutylene terephthalate film: a releasable preventive film for a polarizing film which comprises the three-layer film and, applied on the surface of the polybutylene terephthalate film side, a silicon based releasing agent; and a polarizing plate preventive film for a polarizing film and the releasable preventive film for a polarizing film as uppermost surface layers of a polarizing film containing a polarizer. The preventive film for a polarizing film and the releasable preventive film for a polarizing film exhibit an extremely small double refraction and can be produced at a low cost, and the polarizing plate using these films allows the detection of optical defects with ease.

A film production apparatus configured to take up molten resin extruded downward from an exit bored in a die by a rotating chill roll located below the exit and to cool the molten resin for solidification by the chill roll to produce a film further includes a fluid providing unit that provides fluid to a space between the exit and the chill roll located below. The film production apparatus is configured to apply fluid pressure in a direction pushing back the molten resin existing in the space against displacement of the molten rein taken up in a rotational direction of the chill roll.

摘要： Provided is a web floating and conveying device which has excellent web quality maintaining property and excellent conveying-fluid precision control property in conveying a web film. A conveyance guide (1) of the web floating and conveying device (10) is formed of a lamination-type assembled body having the split structure which is constituted of plate-shaped members (2) which are approximately radially arranged from an axis of the conveyance guide (1). A fluid passing passage which forms a fluid discharge hole by connecting a web floating surface (1a) and an introduction flow passage (7) through which a pressurized fluid is supplied to each other is formed on either one or both lamination surfaces of the plate-shaped members (2) which are laminated adjacent to each other.
