    摘要: Provided are a method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display apparatus, a surface treatment device for an organic light emitting display apparatus, and an organic light emitting display apparatus. To easily form organic emissive layers, the method includes: forming a first electrode on a substrate; forming on the first electrode a pixel defining layer having openings that expose predetermined portions of the first electrode; forming a charge carrying layer on the pixel defining layer and the first electrode exposed through the openings; hydrophobically treating portions of a surface of the charge carrying layer selectively, wherein the portions do not correspond to the openings, using a laser; forming organic emissive layers on the charge carrying layer; and forming a second electrode on the organic emissive layers so as to be electrically connected with the organic emissive layers.

    摘要: A laser induced thermal imaging (LITI) apparatus and a method of manufacturing an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device using the LITI apparatus. The method of manufacturing the OLED display device using the LITI apparatus includes arranging an acceptor substrate on a substrate stage; forming a donor film on the acceptor substrate; disposing a patterned mask above the acceptor substrate; irradiating the donor film with a laser beam generated by a laser beam generator through an opening of the mask; and transferring a pattern of the donor film onto the acceptor substrate. The LITI apparatus and the manufacturing method allow a transfer layer of a donor film to be easily transferred onto a substrate by scanning a laser beam without regard to a size of the substrate.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing recombinant rotavirus structural proteins by culturing a transformed plant cell, and to a vaccine composition comprising the same as an effective component. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of preparing the expression vector comprising cDNA fragments encoding rotavirus structural proteins; transforming a plant cell with the expression vector; and recovering the vaccine composition, including rotavirus antigens, from the cell culture. The method for producing the recombinant rotavirus structural proteins is advantageous in that higher yields of more than 0.3 mg/L are obtained, as well as a lower cost and a lower contamination hazard than those of eukaryotic expression systems such as baculovirus and animal cell. Furthermore, the method can be used to produce a edible vaccine. The invention also proves that the rotavirus structural protein can be produced with a high aspect rotary vessel reactor.
