    摘要: The present invention relates to polymers obtainable by free-radical polymerization of a) 30 to 99% by weight of tert-butyl acrylate and/or tert-butyl methacrylate as monomer A, b) 1 to 70% by weight of acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid as monomer B and c) 0 to 12% by weight of a free-radically copolymerizable monomer or a free-radically copolymerizable monomer mixture as monomer C, where at least one of the monomers C produces a homopolymer with a glass transition temperature of less than 30° C., with the proviso that the % by weight add up to 100, where the K value of the polymers is between 27 and 38 and where the polymerization is carried out in the presence of a regulator if the K value of the polymers is less than or equal to 35, and to the use of these polymers in preparations for, in particular, cosmetics and oral care and dental care.
