    摘要: A laminate for making a flexible fastener. The laminate has according to the invention outer layers of nonwoven and parallel and spaced strips of an elastic film laminated between the outer layers. The outer layers are directly bonded to each other in regions between the elastic strips and there form inelastic regions of the laminate while regions each containing one of the strips form elastic regions. At least one of the outer layers is a sheer nonwoven. A color or pattern imprint is printed on the one outer layer over the elastic and inelastic regions.

    摘要: A loop-side composite element of a hook-and-loop fastener has an air-permeable textile substrate having an outer edge and a face and an air-permeable and loop-forming functional textile layer generally congruent to and overlying the face of the substrate. An annular adhesive strip extends along the outer edge, is bonded to the face of the functional layer and a confronting face of the substrate, and defines on the face of the substrate an open center region. A plurality of adhesive spots spaced apart on the face of the substrate in the open region are each bonded to the face of the substrate and to the confronting face of the functional layer. The faces are free of adhesive and not bonded to each other in the region between the spots. The gluing or laminating may be accomplished using a reactive PUR adhesive or a hot-melt adhesive.

In the method, parallel strips of elastic laminate are laminated in between two webs of nonwoven material, at a distance from one another and the nonwoven webs are directly bonded to one another, in the regions between the strips, and form non-elastic regions. The segments of the fleece laminate material that contain a strip, in each instance, form elastic regions. According to the invention, the elastic laminate has a tacky elastomer core layer and at least one non-blocking outer layer of nonwoven material, applied to the tacky core layer.
