    摘要： A caster structure has a screw hole formed at the middle of a carrying plate and provided for passing, screwing, and pressing a screw, and then screwing and pressing tightly with a nut, so that the installed screw has a smaller thickness to lower the center of gravity of an installed wheel in addition to giving a dual nut fixing effect. The caster has bearings which are mainly thrust bearings for bearing a relatively larger axial gravity to prevent the bearing from being damaged by gravity and the balls from falling out. The bearings are limited and positioned securely to prevent installation gaps and dusts, to maintain a flexible rotation of the caster.

    摘要： An operation training simulation apparatus for a computer numerical control (CNC) machine includes a CNC casing assembly, a control panel device for inputting control and operation commands, a software simulator connected with the simulated control panel displayer, and a simulation displayer electrically connected to the software simulator. The control panel device is mounted on the casing assembly and has a realistic function control panel interface and a realistic operation control panel interface. The software simulator generates machining and operation simulations based on the inputted control and operation commands through the control panel device, and the simulation displayer visualizes the machining and operation simulations generated by the software simulator.

    摘要： An improved process for manufacture of polymer coated composite substrates is described. a coated composite substrate is prepared in the press by applying a layer of a primer coating composition to the surface of a compressible mat comprising fibers and/or particles and a resin binder. The primer coating composition is formulated preferably as a fast setting polymer latex capable of forming a chemically crosslinked polymer matrix when applied to the surface of a compressible mat. a thermosetting top coat composition can be applied directly over the wet primer coating composition before heat-processing the mat to improve surface quality and release characteristics. Compressing and heating the coated mat produces a primed composite substrate directly out of the press.
