    Abstract: A system for adjusting infill panel or operable fenestration frame in an operable fenestration. The system can include a setting block adjustment device and an operable fenestration frame such as a door rail or window sash with glass, acrylic, polycarbonate or other infill material. The setting block adjustment device can include a lug, a threaded fastener, a setting block support plate, and a setting block. The lug is slidably captive within a groove in an outer face of the operable fenestration. The threaded fastener engages a threaded aperture within a blind hole in the lug. The fastener end engages the setting block support plate and setting block to adjust the infill panel.

Heating of the snow guard tube prevents excessive accumulation of snow and helps prevent snow build up and spill over above the top of the snow guard. The tubes can be length-wise separable to place and service the heating elements. The heating element can be standard heat tape or infrared LEDs. The snow guard tubes can optionally have a non-uniform cross-sectional thickness to direct the heat more efficiently in a desired orientation. The interior of the snow guard tubes can be selectively coated with infrared absorbing or reflective material to direct the heat in a desired orientation when infrared LEDs are used as a heat source. The snow guard can be attached to many types of roof surfaces including tile roofs, metal roofs with or without standing seams, and shingle roofs.

    Abstract: A low-profile cladding system that can be readily applied to doors, windows, fixed light openings, or curtain walls where thermal performance is important. The cladding system utilizes a cladding member in combination with an L-shaped bracket to attach and secure the cladding member to a frame or sash. The cladding member is held to the frame or sash by tension or pressure between opposite ends of the cladding member. This tension is created by the L-shaped bracket in combination with the cladding ends as the L-shaped bracket engages one cladding member end and is pivoted into an indentation, or recess, in the frame or sash. The other cladding member end engages a groove along the side of the frame or sash opposite to the indentation.

    Abstract: A folding panel system that allows foldable panels, such as folding glass doors, to fold and move around segmented tracks. The system includes a trolley assembly. The trolley assembly can include a pair of dual roller assemblies spaced rigidly apart by a rigid guide member and supported by an overhead guide track. The rigid guide member is positioned outside of the guide track and moves lengthwise along the overhead guide track except between overhead linear track segments. A hinge extension is secured to and extends rigidly away from the rigid guide member vertically away from the guide track. This configuration holds the hinge extension at a constant angle with respect to the guide track. The hinge extension pivotably joins hinge leaves from adjacent panels hingedly joining the two panels.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a sill assembly and sill that can be positioned continuously under doorways with swing doors, sidelites, and vertical door frame members such as vertical jambs, and mull posts, or the vertical members of sidelites. One variation of the sill assembly can be used for inswing doors while another can be used for outswing doors. The sill assembly includes a backstop and optionally can include end dams. These in combination with the structure of the sill assembly shed water away from the building structure and allow for the possibility of the sill assembly being installed without an additional sill pan or flashing. The sill assembly can optionally include one or more thermal breaks. The sill assembly can be structured so the thermal breaks of the door, sidelites, and vertical door frame members all align with the thermal breaks of the sill assembly.
