The air bag also includes a retainer, whose refracted part is coupled to the inside of the side surface of the upper housing, which is separated at a predetermined interval as much as the width of the refracted part to make a space from the side surface, a locking part which is created as a form of wedge in the inserting part of the lower surface of an air bag door to be inserted into the fixed hole by being inserted into the upper housing and the space of the retainer.

    摘要: Disclosed is an airbag for a vehicle capable of minimizing gas leakage in an early stage through gas discharge holes in a housing when spreading an air cushion. In both sides opposite to a first housing, the gas discharge holes are formed for emitting gas. A retainer on whose upper surface is fixed the air cushion, and in whose both sides are formed a coupling having coupling holes corresponding to the gas discharge holes, is provided. This coupling part is coupled to the first housing through the coupling device. The gas discharge holes are made lengthwise to make it possible to move the retainer up and down. As a result, when reading the air cushion, some of the holes are opened by movement of the coupling part. Besides, the coupling holes reformed in the lower side of the coupling part, so when not spreading the air cushion, the gas discharge holes are kept closed by the coupling part. In accordance with this structure, it is possible adopt a smaller capacity of the inflator as it can efficiently control the gas emitted to the outside through the gas discharge holes in the early stage of spreading the air cushion.

    摘要: An air bag door for a passenger seat of an automobile for improving a coupling construction of an air bag door and a housing. The air bag module for the passenger seat according to the present invention comprises inflators; a lower housing for receiving the inflators; an upper housing coupled to a top portion of the lower housing, for receiving an air cushion to be positioned upper the inflators; a pair of door retainers coupled with predetermined intervals to the inner sides of both longitude-directional lateral-walls of the upper housing; and an air bag door which covers an upper portion of the air cushion and is coupled with the upper housing, wherein in the both lateral-wall parts of the upper housing, a plurality of concavities are formed and arranged in a manner to be caved in by predetermined distances on each of the lateral-wall sides, and a plurality of coupling holes, which are coupled elastically with the concavities, are formed in both lateral-wall parts of the air bag door corresponding to the both lateral-wall parts of the upper housing. In accordance with the present invention, it is possible to significantly reduce weight and production cost of the air bag module, as well as easily couples an air bag door with a housing without separate external fixtures.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a display substrate includes forming a common electrode line, a gate line, a data line and a switching element connected to the gate and data lines on an insulation substrate. A first pixel electrode and an insulation layer are sequentially formed on the insulation substrate. A first photoresist pattern having a first hole and a second hole is formed from a first photoresist layer on the insulation substrate. A first transparent electrode layer is coated on the insulation substrate. A second photoresist layer is coated on the insulation substrate. The second photoresist layer is exposed and developed to form a second photoresist pattern remaining in the first hole and the second hole. The first transparent electrode layer is patterned using the second photoresist pattern, to form a second pixel electrode.

The display device includes a display element for outputting an image according to a provided image signal, a frame disposed on a rear surface of the display element, and a reflection layer formed on the frame and positioned between the display device and the frame, the reflection layer being a coating layer formed using a paint including at least one of silver and aluminum. When the backlighting device of the display device is configured, a reflection plate where deposition films and a reflection layer made of a metal component are deposited is not required and the reflection layer is formed on the frame by using a paint having at least one of silver and aluminum as its main components, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process, and contributing to reducing the thickness of the display device.
