摘要: An electric vehicle includes a plurality of electric devices; and a power control unit having a housing, the power control unit is arranged within a motor room, the housing has an upper case, a lower case, and a heat sink housing, the heat sink housing has a heat sink portion, the electric devices are each arranged at the upper and lower sides of the heat sink housing, the electric devices are covered with the upper case and the lower case, the lower case is formed with a recess, and cables that connect an electric device arranged outside the housing and the electric device covered with the upper case enter inside of the upper case through the recess from the undersurface of the heat sink housing, and the cables are connected to the electric device covered with the upper case.

摘要: A capacitor arrangement structure includes a casing, a housing, and a heat sink. The casing accommodates a capacitor. The casing includes a casing bottom. The housing includes a bottom wall. The housing has a height from the bottom wall which includes an inner surface and an outer surface opposite to the inner surface in a height direction. The casing is mounted on the inner surface so that the casing bottom opposes a mounting surface in the inner surface. The heat sink includes a heat sink top. The heat sink is provided on the outer surface of the bottom wall not to overlap the casing viewed along the height direction. The heat sink top opposes the outer surface. A distance between the casing bottom and the mounting surface in the height direction is smaller than a distance between the heat sink top and the mounting surface in the height direction.

摘要: An electric automobile in which a power control unit is disposed in a motor room formed at a front section of a vehicle: wherein a charging port or a power supply port is provided on a lateral surface of the front section of the vehicle; a charging connector or a power supply connector for connection to a charging power supply or an external device is attached to the charging port or the power supply port; the charging connector or the power supply connector is disposed in a manner so that a forward end thereof is located rearward of a forward end of a front wheel, and a rearward end thereof is located forward of a dash panel that partitions the motor room and a vehicle cabin; the charging connector or the power supply connector and the power control unit are connected by a cable; and a connection section between the cable and the power control unit is provided forward of the charging connector or the power supply connector.

摘要: A capacitor unit includes a casing, a heat sink, a heat radiation sheet, and a notch. The casing accommodates the capacitors. The casing includes a positive electrode terminal block and a negative electrode terminal block. The heat sink is provided on the casing in a stacking direction. The heat radiation sheet is made of insulation material and is sandwiched in the stacking direction between the casing and the heat sink to cover the positive electrode terminal block and the negative electrode terminal block. The notch is provided in at least one of the casing and the heat radiation sheet between the negative electrode terminal block and the positive electrode terminal block. The notch passes through the at least one of the casing and the heat radiation sheet along a plain substantially perpendicular to the stacking direction to separate the negative electrode terminal block and the positive electrode terminal block.

摘要: A vehicle body front structure of an electric vehicle includes a first side frame, a second side frame, a unit frame, and a bending inducing bracket. The unit frame includes a rear frame portion. The bending inducing bracket is provided in a substantially central area of the rear frame portion and protrudes from the rear frame portion toward a rear of the electric vehicle. The bending inducing bracket is spaced apart from a wall member of a vehicle cabin in a front-rear direction. The bending inducing bracket is provided to come into contact with the wall member when an impact load is input from a front side of the electric vehicle.
