摘要： A jet pump including a riser as a coolant supply tube, an inlet mixer forming a turn-around path for the coolant, a diffuser, and a jet pump beam provided with a bolt fixing device is disclosed. The bolt fixing device includes: a head bolt of a jet pump beam for pushing and supporting the inlet mixer from an upper side of the riser, the head bolt being provided with a polygonal head portion; a lock cap provided on the polygonal head portion of the head bolt; a body housing disposed on an upper surface of the jet pump beam and adapted to accommodate the lock pin; a plurality of tapered external teeth formed on an outer peripheral side surface of the lock cap; and a plurality of internal tooth-shaped grooves formed to the body housing to fix the head bolt of the jet pump beam.

摘要： A coating of niobium oxide, zirconium titanate, or nickel titanate is formed on at least a part of a surface of a jet pump member constituting a jet pump serving as a reactor internal structure of a boiling water reactor. Further, a solution containing, e.g., a niobium compound is applied to at least a part of the surface of the jet pump member constituting the jet pump, and the jet pump member coated with the solution is heat-treated to form a coating of, e.g., niobium oxide. With this configuration, the jet pump member constituting the jet pump of the boiling water reactor is provided such that deposition of crud can be sufficiently suppressed on the jet pump member.

摘要： The present inventors introduced mRNAs for the Epstein-Barr virus proteins LMP1 and EBNA1 into antigen-presenting cells, and as a result, demonstrated that the cells induced Epstein-Barr virus-specific cytotoxic T cells. The present inventors also demonstrated that the cytotoxic T cells recognized epitope peptides presented via HLA-A*0206, HLA-Cw*0303, or HLA-Cw*0304, inhibited the outgrowth of Epstein-Barr virus-infected B cells, and lysed Epstein-Barr virus-infected NK lymphomas and NK cells.

摘要： This invention concerns a new monoclonal antibody (mAb) 4C, recognizing a specific antigen, Leu 200, found in human hematopoietic tissues. The monoclonal antibody precipitates a series of glycoproteins (Leu 200) with a molecular weight range of about 190,000 to 230,000 from both T- and B-cell lines. The series of glycoproteins resolves into four discrete glycoprotein bands, the distribution of which varies according to the cell lines. Bands 3 and 4 predominate in a majority of T-cells whereas band 2 predominates in B cells. Thus, a Leu 200 antigen subset distribution is possible with mAb 4C. Bands 1, 2, 3, 4 have apparent molecular weights of 230K, 215K, 205K, and 190K respectively, with differences in their carbohydrate moieties. nAb 4C is a IgG sub two a,kappa immunoglobulin. 4C has potential use in leukemia, hematopoietic cell differentiation and transplantation diagnoses and therapy.
