摘要: A module for an electronic circuit of chip or hybrid design, combined with a brush holder for generators in motor vehicles has connecting lines embedded between the electronic circuit, the carbon brushes and a plug-in terminal in a housing component made of insulating material. The circuit which is bonded or soldered to a bearing plate is surrounded, for the purpose of making contact with the contacting lines by a collar of the housing component which is closed by a lid. For good dissipation of heat and cost effective manufacture of this module, the bearing plate with the circuit is to be attached directly to the generator housing and the brush holder with its contact components for the brush terminals is also to be formed on in one piece to the housing component.

The integrated drive element (110) has at least one electric motor (112), with preferably precisely two electric motors (112) being provided which can be used for example for a dual-clutch transmission. 摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing an electronic circuit. According to said method, two semiconductor chips (46) with essentially the same structure are mounted on a surface (13) pertaining to a first conductor carrier (10) and coated with strip conductors (16). Said two semiconductor chips (46) comprise a first surface (49) and a second surface (58), one semiconductor chip (46) being mounted on the conductor carrier surface (13) with the first surface (49) thereof, and the other semiconductor chip (46) being mounted on the conductor carrier surface (13) with the second surface (58) thereof. The second surface (58) of the first semiconductor chip (46) and the first surface (49) of the other semiconductor chip (46) are interconnected by a lead frame (64) with an A.C. power supply (31).

摘要: A process for the preparation of hydroxyalkyl ethers of diphenols is disclosed. Accordingly, aromatic polycarbonate resin is reacted with alkylene diol in the presence of a basic catalyst, at temperatures of 150.degree. to 250.degree. C. at a molar ratio of 514 10 moles of alkylene diol to 1 mole of aromatic carbonate structural units to produce the corresponding hydroxyalkyl ether. Additional embodiments entail optional reactions of the aromatic polycarbonate with cyclic alkylene carbonate and with open chain monomeric bis-(hydroxyalkyl)-carbonate. Aromatic polycarbonate waste may thus be advantageously recycled.
