    摘要: A processing solution tank of forming an agitating flow by flowing and circulating a processing solution in directions opposite to each other between the side of a liquid surface and the side of a tank bottom, in which a guide plate substantially of an arcuate shape is formed to an end of the tank situated at least to the downstream on the side of the liquid surface or the downstream on the side of the tank bottom in the agitating flow for reversing the flow downward to the tank bottom or upward to the liquid surface, and a swirl chamber having a swirl generating portion of a substantially arcuate face for capturing dusts is provided at the bottom of the tank, whereby high quality surface treatment, for example, electrodeposition coating can be conducted by uniformly stirring the processing solution so as not to cause backflow or turbulence in the processing solution tank while dipping a work on a conveyor in the processing solution.

    摘要: There is provided a perpendicular magnetic recording head device which can increase magnetic field gradient to exhibit excellent recording performance while maintaining magnetic field intensity capable of performing information recording well. In a perpendicular magnetic recording head device composed of a main magnetic pole layer and a return path layer which are laminated with a nonmagnetic insulating layer therebetween, the return path layer has a two-layer structure composed of a low saturation magnetic flux density layer (low Bs layer), and a high saturation magnetic flux density layer (high Bs layer) formed an the low Bs layer and made of a material that has a relatively high saturation magnetic flux density. In a front end surface of the return path layer, the low Bs layer and the high Bs layer are exposed.

    摘要: An electric rotating machine has a rotor having N and S poles and includes a stator with an annular stator core and slots. Multiple-phase stator windings are embedded in the slots, and are formed by winding continuous wires such that straight parts of the stator windings pressed in a flat shape are wound in rings around a grooved cylindrical member. The cylindrical member is inserted into a bore defined by the annular stator core so that the grooves of the cylindrical member are arranged opposite to the slots. The sets of the windings are folded back alternately outside the slots of the stator core and are wound so the sets of the windings are embedded alternately in the direction of the depth of the slots. Leading and trailing ends of the continuous wires are superposed after being wound at least one turn around the circumferentially arranged slots of the stator.
