According to this method, a phase shift of the biorhythm of the individual organism can be detected by preparing a plurality of times about the individual organism and conducting a collation. Further, a phase shift of the biorhythm of the individual organism can also be detected by collating an expression level of the clock gene at a predetermined time with the molecular clock table.
