    摘要： An electronic cash register including a printing member comprising a means for presetting a validation printing operation request when said cash register is needed to produce a desired validation print of a predetermined processed data, a means for generating an enable signal by which said cash register is compelled to perform the validation print, the enable signal being generated when the validation printing operation request has been preset with said presetting means and a predetermined cash register function corresponding to the predetermined processed data has been completed in said cash register, receiving means for receiving a validation paper, a detecting means coupled to the receiving means for detecting if said validation paper is present in the receiving means, and an instructing means for instructing said printing member to print said predetermined processed data on the validation paper, wherein when said validation printing request has been preset, said printing member performs printing said predetermined processed data on the validation paper and said cash register advances to the subsequent cash register function.

    摘要： An oil in water emulsion cosmetic composition for skin, in which vitamin A and its derivatives are stably incorporated and which has superior feeling in use (skin familiarity or feeling of skin absorption, feeling of efficacy after application) and base composition stability (emulsion stability) with the passage of time. The oil in water emulsion cosmetic composition for skin comprises, relative to the total amount of the cosmetic composition, (a) from 0.01 to 4% by mass of vitamin A and its derivative, (b) from 0.6 to 4% by mass of a nonionic surfactant comprising three of (b-1) sorbitan tristearate, (b-2) polyethylene glycol stearate with from 20 to 120 mols of polyethylene glycol added thereto, (b-3) glyceryl stearate having an HLB of from 5 to 8, and (c) from 1 to 10% by mass of a higher alcohol having from 14 to 24 carbon atoms, wherein the blend ratio (by mass) of component (b-1) to component (b) is from 0.1 to 0.8.

    摘要： Ultraviolet absorbents and photostabilizers have an excellent absorption ability in a wide range of ultraviolet rays, and also have high stability and high safety. The ultraviolet absorbent and photostabilizer include a pyridazine derivative of the formula (1): or salts thereof. Also, described are methods for manufacturing said pyridazine derivative and/or this salts thereof comprising the process of reacting at least 10 wt % of 4,5-dichloro-3-hydroxypyridazine or 4,5-dibromo-3-hydroxypyridazine or mixtures thereof with at least 20 vol % of morpholine in reaction solution at 70° C. or higher. The ultraviolet absorbents photostabilizers include said pyridazine derivative and/or salts thereof as effective ingredient. An ultraviolet ray absorption composition and an external preparation for skin are also included.

    摘要： A sound generating apparatus using piezoelectric elements includes first and second sounding plates arrayed in parallel with each other. The first and second sounding plates respectively include first and second diaphragms, and first and second thin plate-like piezoelectric elements laminated onto the first and second diaphragms. The first and second sounding plates are coupled together at the outer peripheral portions by a ring, thereby forming a hermetically sealed internal air chamber. The first and second sounding plates coupled together by the ring, and containing the internal air chamber cooperate to form a sounding member. The sounding member is supported by means of four resilient supporting members made of, for example, rubber, in a housing. In the housing, a front air layer and a rear air layer are formed on both sides of the sounding member, respectively. The front and rear air layers communicate with each other through a ringlike sound path. A plurality of sound passing holes are distributed closer to the outer periphery portion, while confronting the front air layer. A drive circuit applies a drive voltage signal in parallel to the first and second sounding plates.
