摘要: In an area where positive and negative electrode leads 11, 21 oppose each other through a separator 30 in a wound electrochemical device 1, active material layers are removed from surfaces of current collectors 10a, 20a, so as to form open areas 10e, 20e. Even if the active material layers are formed on the surfaces of the current collectors, surfaces opposing them through the separator are provided with the leads protected by insulating tapes, whereby the areas serving as the open areas originally have no function as a capacitor. Therefore, by removing the active material layers from areas having no function as a capacitor, the wound electrochemical device 1 can be made further thinner while inhibiting the capacity as a device from lowering.

摘要: In an electronically zoomable digital camera having a hand shake correction mechanism, when electronic zoom operates, pixel shift is carried out in such manner of capturing a reference image and then capturing a shifted image after moving an image capturing element from the reference image by a prescribed amount of shift by means of the hand shake correction mechanism and thereafter interpolating pixels of the shifted image between pixels of the reference image. The amount of shift is changed according to a magnification of the electronic zoom. The hand shake correction mechanism has a continuous mode in which the movement is effected by a continuous amount and a fixed amount mode in which movement is effected by only a fixed amount and is driven in the fixed amount mode when the pixel shift is carried out.

摘要: A lens assembly is disclosed in which the amount of movement of at least one lens unit is achieved by combining the amounts of relative movement of at least two barrels. A linear advancement barrel advances straight ahead relative to a fixed barrel. A first lens unit moves together with the linear advancement barrel. A second lens unit is located in front of the first lens unit along the optical axis. A third lens unit is located behind the first lens unit along the optical axis. A cam ring moves together with the linear advancement barrel along the optical axis and rotates around the optical axis. The cam ring has first and second cams that move the second lens unit and the third lens unit by amounts of movement relative to the linear advancement barrel.

摘要: The solid electrolytic capacitor of the invention is provided with a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer between which are disposed a dielectric layer formed on the surface of the first electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer. The solid electrolyte layer is formed adjacent to the dielectric layer, and it is made of a solid electrolyte containing a conjugated polymer compound and a polymer compound having a proton-donating functional group. Repaired sections are formed in the solid electrolytic capacitor as damaged sections generated in the dielectric layer undergo self-repair due to the metal oxidation power or oxidation catalyzing power of the solid electrolyte. It is thereby possible to reduce deterioration with time and sufficiently inhibit defects and short circuits between electrodes.
