    摘要: The present invention provides a highly reliable pulverized coal boiler that ensures suppression of a rise in flame temperature caused during the combustion of an unburnt gas in a furnace when combustion air is supplied from after-air ports so as to reduce the concentration of thermal NOx generated during the combustion.A pulverized coal boiler (100) according to the present invention comprising a furnace (1), burners (2) provided on the wall of the furnace for supplying pulverized coal to the inside of the furnace and burning the pulverized coal, and an after-air port (3 or 61) provided on the wall of the furnace at a position downstream of the burner for supplying combustion air to the inside of the furnace, the pulverized coal boiler further comprising: a spray nozzle (6) disposed near a jet port (3 or 60) of the after-air port for supplying water, steam, or two fluids including water and steam to the inside of the furnace; whereby the water, the steam, or the two fluids including water and steam are sprayed from the spray nozzle are supplied to the inside of the furnace together with the combustion air supplied from the after-air port.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display device 10 includes: a transparent substrate 11; a plurality of signal lines 17 and scan lines 16 arranged on the transparent substrate 11 in a matrix; a plurality of auxiliary capacitor lines 18 provided between the scan lines 16 so as to be in parallel with the scan lines 16; thin film transistors (TFTs) each provided in a vicinity of an intersection of the signal lines 17 and scan lines 16; and pixel electrodes 20 arranged in respective positions defined by the signal lines 17 and the scan lines 16 and each electrically connected to a drain electrode D of the thin film transistor (TFT); in which the thin film transistor (TFT)'s gate electrode G and the scan line 16 are covered by a gate insulating film formed by an insulating film (a first layer) 25 and an insulating layer (a second layer) 26, and the drain electrode D of the thin film transistor (TFT) extends to overlie an auxiliary capacitor electrode 18a, with the insulating layer (the second layer) 26 interposed between the drain electrode D and the auxiliary capacitor electrode 18a. As a result, it will be possible to provide a liquid crystal display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, in which the capacitance of an auxiliary capacitor electrode is increased without reducing the aperture ratio of each pixel and which is suitable to realize a relatively small pixel area and high definition.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display panel is provided and includes a pair of substrates facing each other with a liquid crystal layer therebetween. One of the substrates having, thereon, an upper electrode having a plurality of slits formed therein, a lower electrode facing the upper electrode with an insulating film therebetween and disposed so as to be adjacent to the substrate, and an alignment film formed so as to cover surfaces of the upper electrode and the insulating film. Each of the slits includes a linear portion disposed so as to be parallel to a liquid crystal alignment direction when no voltage is applied and two extension portions extending from both ends of the linear portion so that a distance between the two extension portions increases in a direction perpendicular to the linear portion while keeping a symmetrical shape with respect to the direction.

    摘要: A liquid crystal display panel 10A of the invention has gate electrodes G of TFTs, scan lines 16, and auxiliary capacitor electrodes 18a, which are coated with a first insulating film 27 composed of a thick insulating layer 25 and thinned insulating layer 26. A part above the auxiliary capacitor electrodes 18a is coated only with the thinned insulating layer 26, and drain electrodes D are extended on the first insulating film 27, which is not thinned, so as to coat the thinned insulating layer 26. On a second insulating film 28 provided between the pixel electrodes 20 and the drain electrodes D, contact holes 30 are formed at portions above the drain electrodes D on the first insulating film 27, which is not thinned, above the auxiliary capacitor electrodes 18a, and via the contact holes 30, the pixels 20 and the drain electrodes D are electrically coupled to each other. By providing such a constitution, a liquid crystal display device and its manufacturing method can be provided, with only a small number of bright point defects, and with an increased capacitance of the auxiliary capacitor electrodes without a reduction in the aperture ratio of each pixel.
