    摘要: An electromagnetic relay including a base, an electromagnet fitted to the base, and a contact section operable to open or close with an operation of the electromagnet. The base includes a retaining face firstly contacting with the yoke of the electromagnet, in an action of fitting the electromagnet to the base, and retaining the electromagnet at a predetermined height on the base as seen in a direction of the coil center axis of the electromagnet. The base also includes a guide face slidably engaged with the yoke, by shifting the yoke along the retaining face, and guiding the electromagnet in a fitting direction intersecting with the coil center axis. The retaining face and the guide face cooperate with each other to fixedly support the electromagnet at a predetermined fitting position on the base.

    摘要: A complex electromagnetic relay including a plurality of relay structures configured respectively as relays independent of each other, each relay structure including an electromagnet assembly and a contact section acting to open or close in accordance with an operation of the electromagnet assembly; and a housing accommodating the relay structures in a mutually inverted orientation with contact sections of the relay structures being located alternately at opposing sides. The electromagnet assemblies in the relay structures are provided individually with bobbins supporting coils. The housing includes an enclosing wall enclosing the relay structures in an envelope-like manner and a partition wall arranged between the relay structures disposed side-by-side to separate the relay structures from each other. The bobbins of the electromagnet assemblies are fixedly attached to the enclosing wall as well as to the partition wall.

    摘要: A micro relay is provided including a movable contact, a stationary contact, and a ground contact opposed to the movable contact. In an operating state, the movable contact touches the ground contact when the movable contact separates from the stationary contact. In a non-operating state, the movable contact remains separated from the ground contact so that the movable contact does not stick to the ground contact. Since no parasitic capacitance is formed between the stationary contact and the movable contact, the isolation property of the micro relay is improved.

    摘要: A contact spring assembly for an electromagnetic relay has an armature, a plurality of movable contact springs, and a plurality of transfer contact spring sets and a plurality of make contact spring sets. The armature is centrally placed in the contact spring assembly. Each of the movable contact springs is formed integrally with a corresponding hinge spring, and the movable contact springs are disposed on both sides of the armature in such a manner as to extend in parallel along a longitudinal direction of the armature. The transfer contact spring sets and make contact spring sets are constructed from the movable contact springs. This construction allows the contact spring assembly to be assembled on an electromagnetic relay simply and with high accuracy, and permits reductions in the size and power consumption of the electromagnetic relay.
