    摘要: An armature for a rotary electric machine includes: a core that includes a plurality of teeth that are arranged at a predetermined pitch in a circumferential direction; and a plurality of edgewise coils that are configured by winding a rectangular conductor wire into an edgewise winding, the plurality of edgewise coils each include rectilinear portions and coil end portions that are arranged radially, and that are each linked by bent portions, the rectilinear portions are arranged radially on circumferential side portions of the teeth so as to be gradually further away from a central axis of the teeth from a tip end of the teeth toward a root, and radially adjacent portions of the rectangular conductor wire are configured such that bulging portions that arise due to compressive stresses resulting from bending at inner peripheral side portions of the bent portions do not face each other.

    摘要: A permanent magnet rotor has a rotor core positioned about a rotation shaft. The permanent magnet rotor also has permanent magnet embedment slots located at equally spaced positions from the rotation shaft, with permanent magnets inserted into each of the respective permanent magnet embedment slots. The permanent magnet embedment slots each have both a magnet storing portion, and a buffer and other members storing portion which extends to the magnet storing portion. Once a permanent magnet is stored inside the magnet storing portion, a buffer member, and a pushing member are used to secure the permanent magnet inside the rotor core.

    摘要: A magneto-generator includes: a plurality of magnets disposed being bonded to an inner circumferential surface of a flywheel; and a magneto coil that is disposed in the flywheel being opposed to the magnets and coaxial with the flywheel, and that generates an electric power by the action of electromagnetic induction with the magnets. The magneto coil is cooled with a cooling medium to be supplied from the opening side of the flywheel. A gap is formed in an axial direction of the flywheel between the mentioned adjacent magnets, and an annular magnet holder is bonded to an inner circumferential surface on the opening side of the flywheel and to the opening side of the flywheel of each magnet to close the opening side of the gap between the magnets. As a result, the magneto-generator is capable of suppressing the fluctuation in temperature of the magneto coil, and further reducing a coil temperature.
