    摘要: The present invention provides a refrigerant compressor which may assure excellent reliability while using low-viscosity refrigerant. The refrigerant compressor is characterized in that the viscosity of oil stored in hermetic container ranges from VG3 to VG8, and the boiling component at 350 C or over is not less than 10% and not higher than 30% in volume ratio, and the boiling component at 300 C or less is not less than 50% and not higher than 70% in volume ratio. Accordingly, the input reduction at sliding surfaces can be realized, and the lubricant is evaporated, therefore it is possible to prevent defective compression caused by PET (polyethylene phthalate) or the like deposited on the surfaces of the discharge reed and the like, and to enhance the efficiency and reliability.

    摘要: A communication terminal unit has a system control section including a call destination specification information analysis section that analyzes a destination number which is assigned to a communications terminal unit at the other end and input at the time of origination of a call. On the basis of a result of analysis of the destination number performed by the call destination specification information analysis section, a call origination network determination section automatically determines to originate a call over an IP network or over a public network through use of the destination information that has been subjected to analysis and through use of selected network setting information stored in a selected network setting storage section. Selected network setting information required to automatically determine to originate a call over the IP network or over the public network is stored in the call origination network determination section.

    摘要: An image communication apparatus comprises: a call connection control unit that establishes a session with a communication partner using an SIP message; and an image communication control unit that controls an image communication, wherein (i) when the call connection control unit receives, as a calling party, from a called party, an INVITE SIP message in which a T.38 communication and a first priority transport are specified in a session description protocol, and when a second priority transport is set in the image communication apparatus of the calling party, the call connection control unit opens the second priority transport, and (ii) when no priority transport is set in the image communication apparatus of the calling party, the call connection control unit opens the first priority transport specified by the called party, and performs a T.38 communication using the opened transport.
