摘要： A resin coated metal plate having excellent formability comprises, on a metal plate, a resin coating layer containing a conductive filler and a corrosion inhibitor, a matrix resin constituting the resin coating layer is made mainly of a flexible epoxy resin and has a modulus of elasticity of not less than 3 GPa. When secondarily cured, the resin coated metal plate is imparted with excellent weldability and corrosion resistance.

摘要： A resin coated metal sheet of the invention has an epoxy resin layer on a galvanized metal sheet, wherein the resin layer contains iron phosphide and at least one selected from the group consisting of aluminum triphosphate, calcium ion exchange silica and amorphous magnesium silicate compound. In the resin coated metal sheet, the epoxy resin is an urethane modified epoxy resin and/or dimer acid modified epoxy resin, and the iron phosphide has a maximum particle diameter of 15 μm or less. The resin coated metal sheet has excellent weldability, formability and corrosion resistance.

摘要： Provided are a Zn—Mg electroplated metal sheet excellent in corrosion resistance, formability and productivity, and a fabrication process therefor. The Zn—Mg electroplated metal sheet comprises a Zn—Mg electroplated layer including Mg and Zn, the Zn being a main component, formed on at least one surface of a metal substrate material. The Zn—Mg electroplated layer shows more excellent corrosion resistance by including a C component therein. The Zn—Mg electroplated metal sheet can be fabricated by performing electroplating with an acidic aqueous solution including metal salts of Zn and Mg, and in addition, a surface active agent.

摘要： Disclosed is a surface-treated metal material which includes a metallic base including a steel or aluminum material; and an anti-corrosive layer present covering at least one surface of the metallic base. The anti-corrosive layer contains 0.001 to 1 g/m2 of one or more substances selected from the group consisting of benzoic acid salts, glutamic acid salts, anisidines, glycine, and quinolinols. The benzoic acid salts and/or glutamic acid salts are preferably chosen from potassium salt, sodium salt and ammonium salt. Also disclosed is a joined article of dissimilar materials including the surface-treated metal material as at least one of the materials. The surface-treated metal material includes, as the base metal, a steel or aluminum material and is thereby effectively and inexpensively protected from galvanic corrosion without performing electrical insulation or complete atmospheric isolation.
