    摘要: An electrolytic capacitor and a ballast choke of a lighting circuit, are disposed on a first face of a circuit board facing a base, and a one-package switch of the lighting circuit is disposed on a second face, facing a fluorescent lamp. The one-package switch comprises field effect transistors contained in a single package and serve as two inverter switches for driving the fluorescent lamp. The one-package switch is a generally rectangular SMD with dimensions of not more than 6 mm respectively in length and width and mounted on the second face of the circuit board by means of terminals of the one-package switch. The one-package switch enhances heat dissipation properties of the circuit, enables the reduction of its dimensions, and increases the mounting efficiency.

    摘要: A compact selfballasted fluorescent lamp includes a fluorescent arc tube forming a crooked discharge path, a housing comprised of a first end portion open to be fit thereon with a bulb-base, a middle portion and a second end portion open to be mounted thereto with the fluorescent arc tube, a lighting circuit module accommodated in the housing, the unit being provided with a circuit board and two or more circuit components mounted on the circuit board for constituting a lighting circuit for lighting the fluorescent arc tube, and a thermal conductor having a thermal conductivity of 0.1 W/(m·K) or more, which is filled in the housing, extending upwards from a components mounting side of the circuit board of the lighting circuit module and contacting with the inner wall of the housing lying on the side of the first end portion of the housing, thereby covering at least one of the circuit components of the lighting circuit.

    摘要: There is provided an LED lighting device having a satisfactory temperature characteristic and a small amount of variation in output current. The step-down chopper is provided with a first circuit including the switching element, the impedance means and a first inductor connected in series and a second circuit including the first inductor and a diode connected in series. A self-excited drive signal generation circuit is provided with a second inductor magnetically coupled with the first inductor and applies a voltage induced in the second inductor to the switching element to keep the switching element on. A turn-off circuit outputs an output voltage when the voltage of the impedance means detected by a comparator exceeds the reference value, and the output voltage allows a switching element to turn on to short-circuit the output terminals of the self-excited drive signal generation circuit, resulting in that the switching element is turned off.

    摘要: A power supply device and a discharge lamp lighting device which are capable of reducing high harmonic elements and improving a crest factor. A full-wave rectifying circuit is connected to a commercial AC power supply. A first capacitor, a diode and second capacitor, having a smaller capacitance than the first capacitor, are connected to the full-wave rectifying circuit. A partially smoothed circuit consisting of a charge capacitor, an inductor and a diode is connected to the second capacitor. A parallel resonance circuit and a collector-emitter of a transistor are connected to the partially smoothed circuit. The parallel resonance circuit consists of a primary winding of an inverter transformer and a first resonance capacitor. A second resonance capacitor is connected between the emitter and the collector of the transistor. Filaments of a fluorescent lamp are connected to a secondary winding of the inverter transformer. A starting capacitor is connected to the filaments.
