摘要： A digital still camera includes a camera main unit and a lens barrel fitted thereon in a removable manner. First electric contacts in a group are disposed on the camera main unit. Second electric contacts in a group are disposed on the lens barrel, for electric contact with the first electric contacts upon mounting of the lens barrel on the camera main unit, and for communication between those. The camera main unit includes a connector, having the first electric contacts, and coupled with a camera front face in an openable manner. The lens barrel includes a cavity, having the second electric contacts, for receiving insertion of the connector opened in a forward direction. The first electric contacts are disposed on a rear surface positioned internally when the connector is closed. Furthermore, a retaining mechanism retains the connector being inserted in the cavity.

摘要： An optical printer module has a film pack compartment that stores a film pack which stores an instant print film in a frame composed of a main frame, a subframe and a cover. The frame contains a claw mechanism and a spread mechanism that includes a pair of spread rollers. The claw mechanism feeds the instant print film out of the film pack while the instant print film is being exposed, and the spread rollers pinch the exposed instant print film fed out of the film pack by the claw mechanism to develop the exposed instant print film and feed the developed instant print film from the optical printer module. The whole surface of the frame shades the film, except for an opening for the film pack.

摘要： An electonic copying machine for making a hard copy of a remote original comprises a housing and an image pick-up unit pivotally mounted on the housing for vertical swinging movement between a raised use position and a lowered non-use position. In the housing, there are a scanner for scanning the remote original with a line of light projected through a transparent window plate, a recording head and image recording paper. In the image pick-up unit, there are a lens for forming a line image of the scanned remote original on the recording paper, a line image sensor for reading the line image formed thereon by the lens to provide line image signals according to which the image recording head records and image on the recording paper, shifting the line image sensor by a predetermined pitch in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the line image sensor. When the image pick-up unit is folded down, the transparent window plate is covered by the image pick-up unit and the lens is received in a space formed in a corner of the housing and the electronic copying machine then has the shape of a generally rectangular box.

摘要： A copying machine for making a hard copy of an original comprises an image sensor for reading an image of the original to provide image signals, a memory for memorizing the image signals after or before processing the image signals for necessary corrections, and a printer for printing an image on a copying sheet according to the image signal after image processing. Preferably, a thermal printing head and a heat sensitive sheet are used. The copying machine is compact and either is incorporated in a portable overhead projector or is used as a writing board copy machine. In the former case, the image sensor is disposed in a supporting arm for supporting an image projection lens assembly above a base section of the overhead projector on which a transparent original is placed. The image sensor reads a reflecting original to provide image signals and the thermal printing head prints a mirror image of the reflecting original on a transparent heat sensitive sheet according to the image signals provided by the image sensor, thereby providing a transparent secondary original instantly for projection. In the latter case, the machine includes a pattern projector for projecting a light pattern which will be deformed on the remote original according to position of the copying machine, whereupon a correcting circuit provides a correction signal. The heat sensitive sheet is formed with indicia near front and rear diagonally opposite edges, symmetrically with respect to the center of the sheet, to indicate at least the surface of the sheet to which a heat sensitive material layer is applied.

摘要： A heat sink is attached to a subject-side end portion of a barrel body of a lens barrel. The heat sink is provided with a large number of radiation fins formed in whorl. A heat pipe is disposed between the heat sink and a mount-side end portion of the barrel body. A CCD is fixed to the mount-side end portion of the barrel body. Heat of the CCD is transferred to the heat pipe via the mount-side end portion. Successively, the heat is efficiently transferred to the heat sink by the heat pipe. The heat having been transferred to the heat sink is efficiently radiated into the air by the whorl-like radiation fins regardless of conditions of the lens barrel.

摘要： There is disclosed a distance measuring equipment capable of enhancing an accuracy of focusing, and a camera capable of enhancing an accuracy of focusing and/or reducing a cost with a small scale of circuit. In the event that a photography is performed at the relatively short distance, first and second switches of an SPD are switched by an MPU to turn off and turn on, respectively. An AF-dedicated photo detector circuit determines a distance up to a subject in accordance with both the photo-currents I1 and I2 obtained through two signal electrodes. On the other hand, in case of the relatively long distance, the MPU switches the first and second switches of the SPD are switched to turn off and turn on, respectively, so that another AF-dedicated photo detector circuit determines a distance up to the subject in accordance with photo-current I3 obtained from one of the signal electrodes. In this manner, in the event that a photography is performed at the relatively long distance, there is performed a processing of determining a distance up to the subject in accordance with a total quantity of light.
