摘要: A fin-tube type heat exchanger has parallel heat transfer tubes and a stack of a plurality of plate fins mounted on the tubes. Heat exchange is conducted between a first fluid flowing through the tubes and a second fluid flowing through the stack across each of the fins. Each fin has flat tube-mounting portions spaced in the longitudinal direction of the fin and formed with tube-mounting holes and a louver section disposed between each adjacent pair of tube-mounting portions. The louver section has elongated slats extending longitudinally of the fin and having side edges each spaced from an adjacent side edge of an adjacent slat. The slats are classified into two groups in respect of the cross-sectional shape. The slats of one group have generally flat cross-sections to reduce the resistance of the fin to the flow of the second fluid through the stack and are disposed in planes offset from the plane of the tube-mounting portions. The slats of the other group have V-shaped or inverted V-shaped cross-sections to increase stiffness of the fin in the longitudinal direction thereof.

摘要: A data processing section selects either base station mode or terminal mode and executes communication. A control section controls operations relating to the base station mode and the terminal mode. A receiving section receives an instruction to switch to the base station mode from other wireless device set in the base station mode, in the case where communication is set in the terminal mode. An AP switching section switches to the base station mode in accordance with the instruction. An instructing section instructs other wireless devices set in the terminal mode to switch to the base station mode, after a predetermined period is passed from the time when the mode is switched to the base station mode. An STA switching section switches to the terminal mode after giving the instruction.

摘要: An airbag device is provided in which since part of a base fabric of the airbag (16) excluding an occupant restraining face (16d) is joined by stitchings (S1 to S3) having breaking strengths that increase in going from an already deployed portion toward a not yet deployed portion, during the process of deploying the airbag by gas generated by an inflator, the stitchings (S1 to S3) of the airbag (16) break from the already deployed portion toward the not yet deployed portion, and the airbag (16) is continuously inflated from the occupant restraining face (16d) side toward the inflator side. As a result, it is possible to stabilize the shape of the airbag (16) during the process of deployment and to inflate the occupant restraining face (16d) of the airbag (16) at an early stage, thus ensuring occupant restraining performance. Further, since the airbag (16) is provided with a vent hole (16e) on a base (16c) side, maintaining the vent hole (16e) in a closed state until the airbag (16) is completely deployed enables the airbag (16) to be quickly deployed, and opening the vent hole (16e) after deployment of the airbag (16) is completed can prevent the internal pressure from increasing excessively.

摘要: An airbag and an airbag device, which are capable of readily improving expansion characteristics of the airbag and reducing manufacturing cost, are provided. An airbag 11 for occupant at passenger's seat includes a first bag 21 and a second bag 22 which is provided inside of the first bag 21. An outside top face portion 36 of the first bag 21 and an inside top face portion 46 of the second bag 22 are brought into a sheet-like intimate contact with each other, and are detachably jointed at the jointing portion 51. The jointing portion 51 is comprised of a breakable seam line 52. Gas is supplied into the second bag 22 to thereby expand the first bag 22, and is supplied into the first bag 21 via a gas distributing portion 48 to thereby expand the first bag 21. In a case where an occupant exists at a predetermined position, the jointing portion 51 breaks away, and the first bag 21 then expands to its maximum. In an OOP state in which the occupant exists in the proximity of the airbag device 1, a head part of the occupant holds the outside top face portion 36 and disallows breakage of the jointing portion 51, so that expansion of the first bag 21 to the occupant side can be restrained and the occupant can be protected with an appropriate force.

摘要: A base station apparatus controls inter-terminal communication. Basic information containing information about a first period and extended information containing the information about a second period and a third period are defined and a generation unit generates a packet signal containing an identifier to identify whether the basic information of the basic information and the extended information is contained in the packet signal or the basic information and the extended information are contained in the packet signal. A modem unit and an RF unit broadcast the packet signal containing the identifier generated by the generation unit.

摘要: An RF unit broadcasts a packet signal, and receives a packet signal broadcasted from another terminal apparatus. A processing unit generates a packet signal to be broadcasted and processes a received packet signal. A mode setting unit selects a first mode or a second mode as a broadcast mode. The RF unit sets first transmission power in case of the first mode and sets second transmission power lower than the first transmission power in case of the second mode. The processing unit includes an identification number uniquely allocated to the present terminal apparatus in a packet signal in case of the first mode, and includes an identification number commonly allocated to a system of terminal-to-terminal communication in a packet signal in case of the second mode.

摘要: A frame specifying unit frames in such a manner that a frame containing at least a plurality of slots is repeated and in such a manner that a part of the plurality of slots contained in each frame are reserved for use on an access control apparatus. An empty slot identifying unit detects a slot, which is usable for the communications between radio apparatuses, from among the remaining part of the plurality of slots. A selection unit selects a slot from among the part of the plurality of slots in order to broadcast information on the detected slot. A modulation unit and an RF unit broadcast information on the slot detected by the empty slot identifying unit, using the selected slot.
