    摘要: A load leveling system and a method for a power system are capable of attaining load leveling in a distribution substation unit. The load leveling system is for a power system with a controller having a major customer and lower transforming apparatus, and with a customer connected to the lower transforming apparatus via a low-voltage line. The system also has a communication unit between the customer and its own system, and control use time zones of devices within the customer, as well as an electric demand prediction unit, and a first load leveling processing unit. By employing such a system, it becomes possible to provide a load leveling system for a power system that is capable of realizing load leveling of both a distribution substation unit and a pole transformer unit.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a load leveling system of a power system capable of attaining load leveling in a distribution substation unit and a method thereof. Disclosed is a load leveling system of a power system with a controller having a major customer and lower transforming apparatus, and with a customer connected to the lower transforming apparatus via a low-voltage line. The system also has a communication unit between the customer and its own system, and control use time zones of devices within the customer; an electric demand prediction unit, and a first load leveling processing unit.     摘要: To control a power state of a power system properly according to a communication state. A system for controlling a power system includes a plurality of sensor devices configured to output measurement data; a first control apparatus configured to estimate a first power state of the power system by using the measurement data obtained by the plurality of sensor devices, calculate a first controlled variable according to the estimated first power state, and output the calculated first controlled variable; and at least a second control apparatus configured to execute a predetermined control operation according to either the first controlled variable calculated in the first control apparatus, or a second controlled apparatus calculated in the second control apparatus. When it is not able to obtain part of the measurement data, the first control apparatus estimates the first power state by using predetermined measurement data among the obtained measurement data.

Every day, some demanders are selected from the community and a request to adjust energy consumption for the following day is sent to the selected demanders. In this case, demanders which did not receive a request on past days are specified, and demand in the community for the following day is predicted based on the actual energy consumption by those demanders on the past days.

    摘要: A power demand regulating apparatus is provided which can efficiently achieve the purpose of peak shift in a power system and which can reduce the total incentive which an operator of a demand regulation server distributes to consumers having cooperated with a request for regulating an amount of energy to be used. A demand regulation server (0101) is provided with a cooperation level determining function (0111) of calculating a cooperation level which is obtained by quantifying the height of a cooperation sense of a consumer with a request for regulating an amount of energy to be used. The operator of the demand regulation server observes consumers or consumer appliances responding to the request for regulating an amount of energy to be used on the basis of the magnitude of the cooperation level and transmits the request to only the consumers or the consumer appliances.

An individual-consumer control optimizing unit of the power demand/supply management server (10) calculates control contents to an electrical equipment having a minimum cost evaluation value based on a simulation result of cost evaluation values which are barometers for evaluating a comfort and an electricity bill excessiveness, and transmits the calculated control contents to the consumer power operating device (2). Also, a whole-consumer optimizing unit of the power demand/supply management server (10) calculates the most appropriate electricity unit meter-charge that ensures a necessary demand suppression plan level throughout the whole power system based on an electricity daily load curve for each consumer.
