The method includes: sending, by a mobility management entity (MME), a track area update (TAU) accept message to a user equipment (UE), the TAU accept message comprising an identifier constructed from at least a resource pool identifier (pool-ID) that identifies a resource pool in a public land mobile network (PLMN), a mobility management entity identifier (MME-ID) that uniquely identifies the MME within the resource pool, and a UE temporary identifier that uniquely identifies the UE within the MME; and receiving, by the MME, a TAU complete message from the UE.

摘要: The present invention provides a downlink data transmission method, base station, and serving gateway on an LTE network. The method includes: learning, by an eNB, that a UE needs to be paged, when an S1 bearer is retained and a radio bearer is released; paging, by the eNB, the UE and re-establishing a radio bearer between the eNB and the UE; and sending, by the eNB, downlink data, which is received from an S-GW, to the UE through the re-established radio bearer. Embodiments of the present invention can ensure correct transmission of downlink data, and avoid data loss.

摘要: An apparatus and a method for transmitting data are included in a wireless network. The apparatus for transmitting data in a wireless network receives a status data packet sent by an upper layer, where the status data packet includes status information of the transmit end in a current status; discards, when there is a cached previous-status data packet, the previous-status data packet and caches the status data packet, where the previous-status data packet includes status information of the transmit end in a previous status; and sends the status data packet to a receive end when obtaining a sending resource, where the previous-status data packet and the status data packet have a same feature. In this way, a data packet delay is reduced; and in an application scenario of the Internet of Vehicles, timely data exchange between vehicles is ensured, and vehicle driving safety is improved.

摘要: A method of bearer deletion is provided to improve the universality of the bearer deletion process. The method includes: receiving, by the original intermediate NE, the cancellation type indication parameter sent by the HSS, and deleting the bearer between the serving gateway (S-GW) and a packet data network gateway (P-GW), if the original intermediate network element obtains an attach type according to the cancellation type indication parameter indicating an attach type and a corresponding bearer exists on the original intermediate NE. This method helps efficiently improve the universality of the bearer deletion flow.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a radio bearer establishment method, apparatus, and system. 摘要: The present invention discloses a method for reading a system message, including: receiving, by a terminal device, a paging message containing a system message state indication in a discontinuous reception (DRX) period, the terminal device includes a terminal device of which the DRX period is larger than a broadcast control channel (BCCH) modification period; determining, by the terminal device and according to the system message state indication in the paging message, that a system message state changes; reading and recording, by the terminal device, a system message corresponding to a current BCCH modification period, or reading and recording a system message corresponding to a next BCCH modification period immediately adjacent to the BCCH modification period; and communicating by the terminal device according to the read and recorded system message. Thus, the electric quantity of a battery can be saved, so that a UE can reduce power consumption.

摘要: A method and system for transferring user equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system are disclosed. According to the method, a source core (CN) network determines to transfer a UE that it serves and sends a transfer instruction carrying UE transfer restriction information to the UE; an access network receives a transfer request that is sent by the UE according to the restriction information carried in the transfer instruction; the access network selects a target CN entity that is different from the source CN entity for the UE; and the UE is transferred to the target CN entity. The method and system provided by the disclosure are applicable to user transferring between CN entities in any communication network. The transferring is initiated by a network side entity, and a more preferable CN entity is selected for the UE to provide a better service.
