The micro shutter includes a flat portion having at least one opening, a main concave portion adjacent to the opening and extending in from the flat portion to a first depth, and at least one sub-concave portion extending in from a bottom surface of the main concave portion to second depth. The first driving electrode is connected to a first side of the micro shutter. The second driving electrode is connected to a second side of the micro shutter. The second side is positioned opposite to the first side. The anchors fix the first and second driving electrodes on the base substrate.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a color filter and a color filter manufactured by using the same. More particularly, the present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing a color filter, which includes performing plasma treatment of a black matrix (BM) pattern formed on a substrate to increase a difference in ink repellency of the black matrix pattern and a pixel unit, and a color filter manufactured by using the same. When the production method of the present invention is used, it is possible to provide the color filter in which color mixing does not occur in a pixel unit or between pixel units during discharging of ink by using an inkjet printing process, discoloration due to unfilling does not occur, a surface is uniform, and there is an insignificant step in the pixel unit or between the pixel units.

    摘要: A semiconductor device with having a MOS varactor and methods of fabricating the same are disclosed. The MOS varactor includes a metal gate electrode, an active semiconductor plate interposed between the metal gate electrode and the semiconductor substrate, and a capacitor dielectric layer interposed between the metal gate electrode and the active semiconductor plate. Further, a lower insulating layer insulates the MOS varactor from the semiconductor substrate. According to the present invention, a metal gate electrode is used to reduce poly depletion, thereby increasing a tuning range of the varactor, and to manufacture a reliable metal resistor without the need of an additional photomask.

A memory is utilized as the decoded data delay apparatus, and at this time, a value of a counter used for generating an address for reading/writing of the memory is utilized to delay the segment sync signal and field sync signal as required without separately using flip-flop or memory.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for call setup in a wireless communication system are provided. A first Mobile Station (MS) determines a DownLink (DL) duration, performs synchronization, selects one preamble code among a preamble code set reserved for the call setup of the MS out of the cell area, and transmits the selected preamble code during the determined DL duration. A second MS scans a preamble code during the DL duration, determines if the scanned preamble code is a preamble code for the call setup of the MS out of the cell area, and transmits a response message to the preamble code to the first MS.
