    摘要： A liquid crystal composition and a liquid crystal display including the liquid crystal composition that includes a first class containing a fluorine-containing liquid crystal compound represented by Formula I (n=1, 2, or 3), and a second class containing at least one neutral liquid crystal compound represented by Formulae III, IV, and V. In Formula I, W1 and W2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of —F, —CF3, —CF2H, —OCF3, and —OCF2H, the liquid crystal compounds represented by Formulae I, III, IV, and V have R1, R2, and R5 to R10 that are any one of a hydrogen atom, and an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, and an alkenyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms as terminal groups, and a first sub-class has a content of 6 wt % or less based on a total content of the first class and the second class, with the proviso that a liquid crystal compound of the first class having n=1 is the first sub-class and a liquid crystal compound of the first class having n=2 or 3 is a second sub-class.

    摘要： One or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a color filter substrate and an LCD that discharge heat introduced to LCs to the outside to prevent phase transition of the LCs. In an embodiment, the LCD includes a substrate, a light blocking member disposed on the substrate to define a plurality of open regions, and a heat transfer layer disposed on the light blocking layer. The LCD prevents heat from flowing to the LCs and discharges the heat to the outside to prevent phase transition of the LCs.

    摘要： A substrate for an LCD panel includes an insulation substrate, a light-blocking layer, a color filter layer, a common electrode layer and a static electricity discharging layer. The light-blocking layer is formed on the insulation substrate to define a pixel region. The color filter layer is formed in the pixel region. The common electrode layer is formed on the color filter layer to provide the liquid crystal layer with a common voltage. The static electricity discharging layer discharges static electricity that is induced by an external stimulus to be captured within the substrate. Thus, when the static electricity induced by the external stimulus flows into the LCD panel, the static electricity may be discharged through the static electricity discharging layer, thereby preventing a spot due to the static electricity.

The thin film transistor array panel includes a gate line, a data line intersecting the gate line, a thin film transistor connected to the gate line and the data line and having a drain electrode, a pixel electrode including at least one first subpixel electrode connected to the drain electrode of the thin film transistor and a second subpixel electrode capacitively coupled to the at least one first subpixel electrode. The repairing method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: disconnecting at least one of the second subpixel electrode and the at least one first subpixel electrode from the thin film transistor.
