    摘要: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed for priority-based channel coding for control information. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may sort control information associated with a first control information type into a first control information group and the control information associated with a second control information type into a second control information group, for example, based on respective priorities associated with the first and second control information types. The WTRU may group one or more bits of the first control information group into a first bit level control information group and a second bit level control information group based on priority. The WTRU may selectively apply a cyclic redundancy check (CRC) to the first control information group, the second control information group, the first bit level control information group, and/or the second bit level control information group.

A transmission/reception point (TRP) may generate a concatenated master information block (MIB) transport block that includes information bits associated with system bandwidth information, timing information, system frame number (SFN), a beam sweeping configuration, and a control resource set (CORESET). The TRP may then attach at least 16 cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits to the concatenated MIB and then prioritize the concatenated MIB and the at least 16 CRC bits based on content. The TRP may then perform channel coding of the prioritized concatenated MIB and the at least 16 CRC bits to produce coded bits using at least one polar encoder with a coding rate that is less than ⅓, perform rate matching via repetition on the coded bits, and then transmit the rate matched, coded bits on the PBCH of a radio frame.

A WTRU receives transmitted broadcast information, the transmitted broadcast information including a first information block and a second information block. Based on information in the received second information block, the WTRU transmits a random access preamble. After the transmission of the random access preamble, the WTRU may receive a random access response. Based on information in the received random access response, the WTRU may transmit a message including control information indicating additional information blocks that the WTRU is requesting to receive. After transmission of the transmitted message, the WTRU may receive the additional information blocks. In an example, the transmitted broadcast information may be periodically transmitted broadcast information. In another example, the transmitted broadcast information may further include a primary synchronization signal and a secondary synchronization signal.

A method of communication on an unlicensed band may include detecting a Synchronization Signal/Physical Broadcast Channel (SS/PBCH) block comprising a demodulation references signal (DMRS), a synchronization signal (SS), and a PBCH payload. A SS/PBCH block index may be obtained from one of the DMRS and the PBCH payload. A cyclic rotation indicator may be obtained from the SS/PBCH block (e.g., from the DMRS, the SS, and/or the PBCH payload). A determination may be made that the cyclic rotation indicator indicates an on state and a time gap may be obtained from one of the DMRS and the PBCH payload, based on the determination. Frame timing may be determined based on the cyclic rotation indicator, the SS/PBCH block index, and the time gap.

A WTRU receives a broadcast signal from a gNB, wherein the broadcast signal includes system information. The WTRU determines configuration information associated with the received system information and the WTRU transmits a signal to the gNB using the determined configuration information associated with the received system information. The configuration information includes an indication regarding whether the WTRU is able to include any one or a combination of a request signal or a feedback signal in the signal transmitted to the gNB. The transmitted signal to the gNB may include a preamble that indicates system information block (SIB) request information. The transmitted signal to the gNB may include a control field that indicates additional SIB request information. The transmitted signal may provide feedback for the received system information. The WTRU then receives system information from the gNB in response to the transmitted signal. The received system information in response to the transmitted signal is one or more SIBs.

Error check bits may be attached to the scrambled PBCH data and to the timing information. The error check bits may include one or more cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits. The scrambled PBCH data, the timing information (e.g., the unscrambled timing information), and/or the attached error check bits may be polar encoded. The polar encoding may result in polar encoded bits. A scrambling (e.g., a second scrambling) of the polar encoded bits may be scrambled via a sequence (e.g., a second sequence). The first sequence and the second sequence may be different. The polar encoded bits may be transmitted.

    摘要: Random access may be provided for integrated access and backhaul (IAB) for New Radio (NR). A wireless transmit/receive unit may send (e.g., to a gNB) a preamble in a random access occasion (RO). One or more of the preamble or an RO resource partition of the RO may indicate a node type of the WTRU. The WTRU may receive (e.g., from the gNB) a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) that indicates (e.g., includes) one or more random access responses (RARs). The WTRU may determine that the PDCCH indicates a WTRU RAR and an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node RAR. If the sent node type is a WTRU node type, the WTRU may receive (e.g., from the gNB) the WTRU RAR at a first time and frequency location indicated by the PDCCH.
