摘要: A random number generator comprising resistive random-access memory (RRAM) devices including: a first electrode; a second electrode; a third electrode located between the first and second electrode; at least one electrically insulating layer separating the first electrode and the second electrode from the third electrode, wherein the at least one electrically insulating layer has a substantially uniform thickness; a first filament that is current conducting and extends through the at least one electrically insulating layer; a second filament is located in the at least one electrically insulating layer and does not extend through the at least one electrically insulating layer; a voltage source configured to apply voltage to at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode; and a voltage sensor configured to sense voltage of the third electrode in order to determine which one of the first filament or the second filament is more resistive.

The computer-implemented method may include receiving biographical data corresponding to a user. A change rate may be determined based on user biographical data. The computer-implemented method may include receiving first biometric data having a time-varying characteristic from the user at a first time and receiving second biometric data having the time-varying characteristic from the user at a second time that is later in time than the first time. Further, the computer-implemented method may include determining third biometric data based at least on the first biometric data, the second time, and the time-varying characteristic, and authenticating the user if the third biometric data is within a predetermined threshold of the second biometric data at the second time.

摘要: A medication dispenser system and use thereof for providing exact personal dosing for a patient are provided. In one aspect, a method for dispensing medications is provided. The method includes the steps of: obtaining patient information and a list of the medications for the patient; calculating a personal dose of each of the medications for the patient using the patient and cross-medication interaction information; and preparing treatments each containing the personal dose of each of the medications in a single treatment. In another aspect a system for dispensing medications includes: a patient information component for obtaining patient information and a list of the medications for the patient; a dosage calculator component for calculating a personal dose of each of the medications for the patient using the patient information; and a medication dispenser component for preparing treatments each containing the personal dose of each of the medications in a single treatment.

摘要: A computer-implemented method is presented for optimal experimental design to correct a misspecified model approximating a behavior of a dynamic system. The method includes formulating an experiment, determining experimental settings for configuring controllable experimental parameters based on mutual information and submodularity, measuring informative values associated with each choice of experimental design, as prescribed by the controllable experimental parameters, and learning a correction function based on the measured informative values. The computer-implemented method further includes determining an experimental design setup for gaining information content, and combining the experimental design setup with the experimental settings to construct a corrected model of the dynamic system.

摘要: A method for correcting perspective distortion includes acquiring a plurality of images of a given subject by at least one camera of a mobile device, wherein each of the images is taken using respective actual settings for the camera captured by at least one sensor of the mobile device. The method further includes processing the images and the respective actual settings for each of the images to synthesize a single image of the given subject, wherein the single image emulates using specified virtual settings for the camera. The method further comprises displaying the synthesized single image of the given subject to a user of the mobile device.
